I am SO impressed with Diamond Concepts! I was hoping to get a ring I purchased on vacation resized (smaller) and have been looking around to find somewhere local that could do resizing in store. My ring was finished by the time I finished my errands and the resizing is entirely seamless! The price for the resizing was very fair and the man behind the counter was very kind and friendly. He even was able to identify what type of stone my ring was, I wasn't sure when I brought it in. I will definitely return here for any of my future jewelry needs.

They promptly fixed my ring, restoring my happiness and renewing my faith, especially after the disappointing incident with RK Jewelers at Springfield Mall, who ended up causing further damage. I was relieved to have found a trustworthy and skilled jeweler like them, who not only repaired my ring but also went above and beyond to ensure its durability. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. I can confidently say that I will be a loyal customer of theirs for years to come. Their exceptional service and quality craftsmanship have earned my trust and admiration.

Very kind and helpful! I went in to get my ring cleaned and he took care of it right away. It looks good as new. As I was waiting I took a look around the store and he has some beautiful pieces. I will definitely be returning whenever I need to purchase any kind of jewelry.

Zak is amazing! Ever since I moved to Stafford last June 2022 he has fixed all my jewelry for the best price or something simple as taking a knot out of my necklace for the cost of nothing. He fixes all my pieces while I wait including my favorite evil eye pendant 3 different times due to the necklace breaking the same exact day. In addition, I never have an appointment always walk-in and he helps me right away. I cannot thank him enough! He has the best pieces of jewelry in his shop!

Zack and his wife our the best people to trust on buying or fixing your jewelry hear it from someone that dosent trust anyone with my pieces, and the best prices I have ever seen when I tell you pieces that are affordable and legit he puts me fresh with my bling no lie. Listens to you and gives you what you need I highly recommend this store, they will be my firm favorite jeweler forever 😁

What a wonderful man who runs this store. Every time we have gone into the store, he takes amazing care of us. He cleans my rings when we come in and takes great pride in his work. To the lady who left a review about him “not wanting minority business” - my husband and I were both treated with extreme kindness and he helped us, there was absolutely no discriminatory anything in this business. Amazing Jeweler ZaK! So personal. Walked in and over nite he was able to but my diamond back in my wedding ring. He has a beautiful section. High recommend!

I highly recommend Zak at Diamond Concepts if you need a trustworthy, highly experienced professional jeweler. I had a loose diamond from an online retailer and I didn’t like any of the settings they offered. So I went to Diamond Concepts and showed Zak a picture of what I wanted with a specific band thickness and prong shape and he assured me he could make a custom setting that was exactly what I wanted. You can just look at this man’s hands and tell he is committed to his craft! Well when he showed me the finished product I gasped out loud. Houda who works with him is super helpful too. I’m so happy to support this local business and I couldn’t be happier with my ring. It is exactly what I wanted and I’m glad I didn’t settle for less.

I took my engagement ring here to have a prong replaced, the stone reset, and a small diamond replaced on the side. I could not be happier with the outcome, Zak also cleaned my ring and has it looking brand new again. I know I can take my other rings here and they will be in great hands! The jeweler fixed a stone that fell out of my ring quickly and charged a very reasonable price for the repair. He also checked the rest of my stones to make sure none of the others were loose and cleaned it too. I am beyond impressed with this jeweler after Jared’s (who had a very rude sales woman) tried to charge me an astronomical amount to do the same job. I will absolutely do business here again, and highly recommend it!

Wonderful experience. Took my wife's Tiffany & Co. watch here to resize after Tiffany's was unable to resize at their store due to low staff. I tried 2 other jewelers in Fredericksburg who were also unable or unwilling to help. The gentleman here was able to resize the watch in seconds while I waited. Very professional, clearly experienced at his profession.

I took my broken name necklace for a repair and they quickly repaired it. They suggested I replace the chain to prevent it from breaking again in the future, and they easily changed it within an hour to a thicker 14k gold box chain. Diamond Concepts overall offers high quality and friendly service, 100% recommended!!

Long story short, we wanted to upgrade the stone in my wife's designer engagement ring. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to us when we purchased it, the way it was physically structured prevented changing the main diamond. They were able to custom design a new ring based on the previous ring (essentially visually identical), but now structured such that the main diamond could be readily changed. Absolutely incredible work.

I purchased a loose 0.82 Tanzanite gemstone from a jeweler overseas and needed to find a reputable, fairly priced and preferably local jeweler to set the stone. I was looking for a 14k white gold tulip setting, simple yet elegant as this would be a belated graduation gift for my 18 year old daughter. I decided that today was finally the day and I called Diamond Concepts this morning. About 90 minutes later I drove over and mentioned that I had spoke to a lovely woman who mentioned a certain setting might be available. Expecting that we wouldn't be able to have the ring for a few days, I was thrilled when the jeweler Zak presented a beautiful setting with the perfect amount of thickness to the band. But even more remarkable was Zak's offer to set the stone that very moment! In less than 30 minutes, my daughter and I left with a gorgeously set ring and it is with great joy that I leave this review.

I highly recommend this jeweler. Zak is efficient and professional and I felt confident that I was getting a setting of high quality that can be worn with pride by my daughter.

I had the best experience and the customer service is exceptional. I had necklaces that were broken and when I took them to the original jeweler for repair they informed me they couldn’t be fixed and that I needed to buy new chains, $150 each! I took them to Diamond Concepts and got three chains fixed in less than 10 minutes at an amazing and reasonable price. We can’t even tell the necklaces ever broke in the first place! I highly recommend this place!!

I had gone to another jeweler to have my engagement ring repaired only for them to tell me they couldn't repair it in house and would have to send it out. I brought my ring to Zak and he said it was no problem to repair and did a beautiful job! He rhodium plated both rings again for me also, and returned them repaired and shining!
Because of Zak's amazing customer service, our family has purchased multiple gifts from him, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and pricing. My husband surprised me with a garnet neclace, designed by Zak, for Christmas. It is gorgeous!

I had lost one of the diamonds from my engagement ring and he replaced it and re-enforced it so it wouldn’t happen again. Extremely good service, fast, affordable and good quality product.
