Safeway Pharmacy

This Pharmacy has exceptional customer service and the Pharmacist is a true expert in her field. Received my flu shot there and will be going back for my COVID booster. Very pleased to see that they have a private office for administering shots. My visit was much easier than sitting at a Doctor’s office for hours to receive a 5 minute shot.

Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Well if your doctor called in to have them fill a prescription they won't do it until the patient calls them and asks them to fill it and with my meds they never have enough and I have to wait sometimes days. I'm going to be going somewhere else.

The associates and pharmacist at this location are horrible disrespectful, they act like we're bothering them when you go to pick up your prescriptions. I even hate going to get my refills on my medicine. I will be switching to Dale's pharmacy in Fort Lupton. Heaven for bid they miss a minute of their lunch.

This pharmacy has been consistently incompetent as a whole for the year and a half I've been going here. They continually drop the ball on communication with both patients and doctors, and when they DO call, they have an attitude or they call the wrong doctor. This department need a serious overhaul. Yikes.

First, the room they give vaccines in is incredibly dirty. Second, the pharmacist at this store is incredibly rude. At my first appointment she told me that there weren’t enough studies and women who are pregnant shouldn’t get a vaccine…..as she’s putting a needle in my arm. Incredibly unprofessional. I came back for my second dose and she refused to give it to me because I didn’t have a mask. She argued that it says it on the door. Incorrect, it says RECOMMENDED. The first time she didn’t make my husband or myself wear a mask. She has no people skills. Go across the street to Dale’s Pharmacy where the people are amazing.

Manager there is extremely rude and wasted my time waiting on a prescription she didn’t even have.

Whenever I have called about prescriptions, No answer ! This has happened several times , different days. They are there physically..but don't answer phones . Even after having a in store person connet me to their line..WT heck !

They take forever, don’t accept Medicaid, and they didn’t have my depression meds there like they were supposed to according to my doctor, better off at dale’s

Refused to provide my husband with his medical records and yelled at him for asking. Absolutely horrible staff, including their manager.
