Because of a kind and hard working pharmacy staff member I am able to get my prescriptions filled again. Thank you Leti!!

This review is for Crystal at the Hover and 18th Walgreens.
I called to have meds filled but 1st girl didn't know what she was doing. Finally spoke with Crystal who knew exactly what she was doing. She's been with Walgreens 20 years.
She got everything taken care of and she was so sweet and kind. Give her a big raise. Thank you, Crystal!

I always get good information when I have a question for pharmacist or a technician. A pharmacist actually phoned my Nurse Practitioner who apparently didn't know how to send Medicare pre-authorization forms for diabetes test strips. They stay polite and work hard because they are short-staffed.

Had difficulty getting my Covid results at another location. I called the Main and 11th location looking for advice. They were organized, helpful, and delivered on their commitments. Saved our family vacation! Thank you!

Just had my 1st covid test. They were absolutely wonderful!! If there’s anything we learned year, it’s patience. So if you have to wait in line for a bit, practice it! And be kind.

Easy in and out shopping. Drive thru for Prescriptions. Nice staff.

Every time I get a vaccination I fill out the online form. Apparently it doesn’t work so I have to fill out by hand the same thing. What a waste of time. Please fix the online form!!!!!

Closes at 6 on Saturday. Very inconvenient. Ran out of medicine bc of this.

Call before you visit for a vaccine. Scheduled online an appointment for a vaccine and show up and they don’t have the vaccine in stock to give to me. “We’re too busy check and call if we don’t have it for every vaccine.” I think you could glance at the vaccine appointments and see right away if anything is scheduled for something out of stock rather than waste both our time by having people show up.

Made an appt for 1:30 4/8/22 on the Walgreens website for a TDAP shot, completed all paperwork online beforehand. Showed up 10 min early per online instructions and was told that they couldn't give me the shot because they went to lunch at 1:30...asked if I could get it early since I was there early, they said no - pharmacist has to review and the pharmacist said that's lunch time. I showed them my confirmation on my phone but they turned me away saying that I could wait 40-45 minutes until they got back from lunch if I wanted the shot. They were apathetic, did not apologize for the inconvenience, and scoffed at me when I said that I'd scheduled it on Walgreens' website for 1:30. Cannot believe how rude they were to me!
This Walgreens has been terrible at every dang turn, but this was the last straw - I'm switching my rx's to get filled elsewhere, it's honestly embarrassing how inadequate this location is.

Piss poor processes and services. Made an appt for flu vaccine online. Got there 10 minutes early as instructed. There was a long line of folks waiting to pickup prescriptions. Went to the consultation window, told the tech I had an appointment for the flu vaccine. She seemed annoyed that I came to the window and told me to go to the back of the line. Because the line was so long, I was there for 29 minutes before I finally received my vaccination. If you go for a vaccine shot, don’t bother making an appointment here b/c they treat you like a walk-in anyway.

Go to any pharmacy except this one. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. After 3 weeks dealing with these people I went to a different pharmacy and was taken care of in 10 minutes. I wish I could give this place a zero!

Once again Walgreens pharmacy on Main st in Longmont GAVE AWAY an already filled prescription and no longer had it available. It's now their policy to do this. Go somewhere else if you actually NEED your prescription or service.
