Wait times are going to be the same practically anywhere depending on what time you arrive. The drive thru gets busy when people are coming home from work.

Overall I’ve never been met with anything other than friendly associates that are making the best of the situation.

Yes, I wish service was faster but the CEO and shareholders don’t seem to care 🤷‍♂

Despite being very busy, the pharmacy tech who helped me and the pharmacist took the time to call around other Walgreens pharmacies to track down a prescription that was out of stock at this location so I could get my wife a medication she ran out of today due to the Lafayette pharmacy suddenly closing unexpectedly yesterday. Super helpful staff and very polite. Wife is going to transfer all her prescriptions here.

What's the point of having an appointment to get a vaccine if it takes nearly an hour to get a little flu shot jab? They weren't even that busy, but the vaccine person kept doing other things and her supervisor had to tell her twice that she needed to do that later and take care of the people waiting for vaccines. Other than vaccines (this has happened before), they are pretty good even when really busy. It's just not acceptable to wait that long for an appointment. If I had to wait an hour at the doctor's office before being seen I would go to a different doctor.

I've used this pharmacy for years but last week I had the most awful experience with a pharmacy tech, Megan. She refused to fill my migraine prescription the way my doctor had written it. I spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining to her that I see a migraine specialist once a week and am well aware of how to use the medication. This is not a controlled substance. It acts on a limited part of the brain and is not addictive in any way. When she refused to fill the prescription, I tried to transfer it to another pharmacy and she cancelled the transfer. I had to call my doctor for an emergency refill over the weekend. My doctor agreed that this was a far overreach by the pharmacy. I've transferred all my prescriptions to CVS. I'd rather drive to Longmont then deal with this pharmacy again.

Worst customer service. They ignore you as a customer. No, “we will be right with you” or anything. You’ll sit at the window at their mercy and they will walk back and forth, talk to each other like you are not even there. They are the slowest pharmacy you’ll ever go to.

Wouldn’t recommend. Update: they did not have my medication in stock so they had to fill a partial order. I received confirmation that my partial order was ready for pick up. When I went to go pick it up through the drive-through line, it took 40 minutes btw, the tech tried to tell me that I needed to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to prepare my order despite receiving confirmation that my order was ready. Eventually, with a lot of back-and-forth the guy realized that I was there to pick up a partial order. I received my order and asked them to prepare the other half of my prescription so I could pick it up at a later date. A few days later when I arrived to pick that other half up, it wasn’t ready.

I wonder what it takes to get corporate to step in. The pharmacy is a train wreck and there is no sign of improvement. I have never waited less than 15 minutes in line (walk in or drive thru). Nearly every pick up I’ve made has come with some sort of confusion on my coverage and pricing of meds. More than half the time, I receive a text message that my Rx is ready and when I arrive, half are not ready. If I didn’t live within a mile of the pharmacy, I’d never return.

The WORST group of women who work in the Pharmacy! I’ve never witnessed such a rude group of so called professionals Walgreens you need to retrain or rehire teach some customer service skills, manners , common courtesy, and the list goes on!!!

Scheduled a COVID test at 9:45 am, they did not administer the test till 10:40. I am currently convinced that the only reason they bothered is because I started rocking my waiting chair to make a loud noise around 10:30. Harassment works!

Clerk turned me away on a prescription refill that they had refilled, telling me there was no such prescription. Luckily another clerk stepped up and said " yes its refilled". I just don't get why the other person treated me that way at all.

It’s 4:30 pm. Walgreens pharmacy closes at 9:00 pm and they don’t have the staff to fill my prescription tonight. I explained that I’ve been waiting for this prescription for three days (at another Walgreens-long story) and they are sorry but they don’t have the staff to help me. I feel bad for them that they are understaffed. However, I’ve used this pharmacy in the past and have had multiple issues/wait times. Seems like an ongoing issue. It’s crazy to me that you can’t get a prescription filled same day when they have the medication in stock.

They have a lot of people working that appear to be filling prescriptions; but only one person covering drive up and walk-ins. There seems to always be a very long wait.

Hands down the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had today. My prescription order had been placed several days ago, and when I get to the pharmacy I ask if there’s a timeframe on it being ready, and get told “15-20 minutes”. If that is the timeframe, I should not have had to wait all week.

Walgreens calls me with their automated system to tell me that it’s ready, and when I approach the counter I let them know that I’m getting the call, and show my phone with the Walgreens caller ID. The pharmacist then feels the need to give me a rude and snarky “well that’s not us”. Who on earth could it have possibly been, other than the Walgreens that I am having a prescription filled at.

Overall, the staff seemed very clueless as to what their job was. The pharmacy techs either lacked the trust from the pharmacist to do their jobs, the training to know how, or a combination of both. Every time a customer came through, whether it was drive-thru or at the counter, the techs were constantly back and forth with the pharmacist to answer their questions.

I understand that business can get busy, but the overall experience was terrible, and I absolutely will be transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy.
