UCHealth Pharmacy - Longs Peak Hospital

Best pharmacy I have been to. I was able to speak with a pharmacist and not feel rushed. I felt like the pharmacist was helpful and cheered me up a bit, too. I do NOT enjoy being on medication, but Longs Peak Hospital is my new favorite pharmacy when I do need to get my prescriptions.

We just moved to Colorado and went to Walgreens to to have our medications transferred but they said it would be 2 or 3 days. They told us to go to your pharmacy if we needed it faster so we did. Bryan took care of it right away and was so helpful. And you’re open 24 hours!

The pharmacy technician was prompt and courteous. While I was waiting, James (a UCHealth EMT) was playing the piano in the hospital lobby. He asked me to sit next to him and then sang selections from Elton John and Styx! I was not excited to be visiting the pharmacy at 9:30 on a Saturday night but James and the pharmacy staff made for a very pleasant visit!

I haven't gotten a prescription from them . But I called to see if they could get a prescription transfer from my current pharmacy ( Walgreens 🙃) to them. The lady helping me tried calling the Walgreens and couldn't get it. But called me back and gave me others options to try, Going to have to have my Dr send all future prescriptions to this pharmacy from now on!

UC Health team are amazing they are always making sure the patient is in good care.

They were the only place in town that carried the anti biotics I need.
They were very knowledgeable! I had a very good experience with them.
I have also been a patient in their hospital. Great staff and Doctors ready to take care of you.

I was greeted by Hayden the security guard who was very attentive. He immediately came to me to offer me a wheel chair when he noticed I was limping. This made me feel truly cared for. Cody at reception was so kind and professional that it felt more like I was checking into a fine hotel than an emergency room. He was very pleasant and spoke to me with genuine care and compassion. Kristen did my initial screening and intake and I was blown away by her tenderness and concern for me. I was in pain and taking longer than usual to get around so I apologized for moving slow. She told me not to apologized for being in pain and that is the reason she's here. She was very thorough, kind, and professional with my workup. The biggest thank you to Lee Wilcox. Lee was very compassionate and gentile with me. He did my IV very carefully with no pain while taking his time and keeping me informed. His bedside manner is impeccable, as if i was speaking with a long time friend who truly cared for me. He brought me a warm blanket and continuously checked to see what he could do for me through out my visit. Dr. Andrew Edwin Pugh is by far one of the best doctors to have ever provided care for me. There was no ego or arrogance. He spoke to me with true care and concern. I could tell he truly wanted to help me. I did not feel belittled or rushed. He was gentle, patient, kind, caring, and had excellent bedside manner. The lady at the pharmacy that night, who's name I regretfully can not remember, was also very kind and offered me a coupon due to the fact that the VA no longer covers patient prescriptions. She was so helpful and kind even bringing a smile to my face and making me laugh. I have never been treated so well by soo many staff members. I am normally seen through the VA. I was truly blown away by the professionalism and kindness of everyone on staff the night I came in through the ER. EVERY person I came into contact with deserves the highest level of recognition for their outstanding treatment and care. Thank you to all of you that helped to get me feeling better. I truly appreciate your care, compassion, and kindness.

When you have an after hours dental emergency it’s critical to have a 24/7 pharmacy in town. UCH filled my prescription from the dentist quickly after hours. Staff were prompt, friendly and helpful. Phew!

I flew in from Minnesota and my leg became incredibly swollen/painful. I decided to get it looked at and from the minute I stepped into the building, spoke with registration, was seen by nursing staff, talked to by the provider staff and had imaging staff complete an ultrasound I felt as though everyone sincerely cared about me and my issue. Staff continually cared about my comfort while there and were very transparent with what would be taking place. My providers, both PA and MD, made me feel comfortable when delivering uncomfortable news. I was surprised to find out they have a 24 hour pharmacy and when I was speaking to pharmacy staff I received a level of courtesy/respect that was truly surprising. I am very pleased with my first experience here and would not hesitate to return for further healthcare.

Wonderful! I had a transplant at the aurora UC health and have had many problems with them since, I always prefer to go to the Longmont hospital. The staff are friendly and very attentive in the ER. The atmosphere and general attitude is calm and cheery, which is very needed for the stress of being in a hospital.

If you have to go to an emergency room, this is a very conscious and healing place! Everyone was kind and sympathetic to me with a pretty bad shoulder break!!!!! I’m very satisfied with their care, highly recommend!

The staff was awesome and the transition to pre-op ran smoothly. Spoke to everyone involved in my surgery and I was pleased how fast it seemed to be from the time in and time I left! Given plenty of time to wake up and ask questions. The pharmacy being attached where my medications could be picked up was a plus.
Beautiful place and I would recommend this place for sure.

LPH Pharmacy is awesome! They are always very pleasant, and attentive. They helped me with an insurance issue and got my prescriptions in order at the lowest possible price. They greet you with a smile(yes, you can see a person smiling even with a mask on!) 😊😷. I highly recommend, plus they are open 24 hours!!

Everybody was very professional and caring.Id never been to Longs Peak Hospital before and didn’t know what to expect, but everyone was great and very kind. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone needing care. Thank you staff for all your kindness😇P.S.Only complaint is they wouldn’t let my 4 yr old cousin in to use the bathroom! He and his mother were waiting to take me home after arm surgery.

Everyone was great, I really liked Geoff and Araceli! They were awesome and informative, walked me through everything! The Drs were also great! Brad in ER was so cool and also let me know exactly what to expect. Thanks to everyone who had to deal with me while I was there, i hated being in the hospital but the staff was not the reason!

UC Health Pharmacy is the place to fill your prescriptions! They are helpful and friendly. They really care about you and your prescriptions. It hasn’t been easy for me to find a pharmacy like this in Longmont.

I haven't been going to doctors office because of covid and was very concerned about going into an emergency room. I felt very safe, everyone kept their distance except when contact was needed. I was kept informed of what was happening. Hope I don't have to go to ER again but if I did I would certainly pick Longs Peak Hospital & Pharmacy

This pharmacy is great! Very fast and I am grateful they are open 24 hours. Last thing you want is to drive far away in the middle of the night to fill a script for a sick kiddo.

I have found that the staff at uc pharmacy don't rush, they take the time needed to make sure you understand your prescription, whatever it maybe. Staff is friendly.
