I was running late getting to the store due to some poor mapping. I spoke to Brooke earlier and told her I would be there about ten minutes before closing: Arrived four minutes before closing. Brooke was absolutely amazing in the way she took the time to process my trade despite efforts from the POS system to make her close later than expected. Not to be deterred, she forewent a troublesome prepaid debit card load and took the time to open the safe so I would be able to complete my trade in that same visit. Probably the best example of what a GameStop employee should be; her attitude and demeanor during the late night hiccup showed she has what it takes to provide incredible service. 5/5. Great store, better employees.

Augustine was very good to us. Even though we came in right at the end of his shift. He was very respectful, informative and gave great customer service.

Renee is a new employee and is doing a great job! She helped me (for an hour and a half) work out an issue I was having with exchanging a defective controller and was still able to help several other people in line while on the phone with the higher ups solving my problem. Just what this location needed!

Sales person was VERY helpful with all I needed. I have a young son with game requests and I don't play at all. He helped locate the games I needed and even with the ones they didn't carry. He was amazing!!

The person named Tim Steeves very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful and during this covid respected everyone. Staff like him should work for corporate.

This is the best GameSpot I have ever been to. This specific store contradicts the stigma of a "Games top". Very helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly insightful and knowledgeable of their products. This will be my main GameStop I go to now.

The folks here at this game stop, Are the best. They should all have capes. A while back my playstation stop working. But I had a warranty. They honored it gave me another playstation. This is my game stop. There are many out there but this one is mine.

Best store in town. Needed a present for my brother and James pointed me to a vinyl Ghost. He was incredibly excited and I was a happy sibling.

Great deals and the staff are really helpful. I was shopping for my son and they answered all my questions and even called other stores to help me get the Pop Vinyl and games I needed.

Most of the reviews that say oh I showed up an hour before they opened and the door was locked yeah duh look at when it opens people and no the staff is not mean and they do bot push things on you to make a sale they even helped me turn down games by showing me how badly it sucked but one I still bought and they do not force you to buy anything or make you say no to certain games most people who say that are idiots and should not have a say in this

I've always been going to gamestop in West Allis and Milwaukee and for my whole life I loved everything about it, even when I walk in I feel a welcoming feeling, it's so organized and the people are so nice, but what I love the most is how they have anime stuff
