Great , as expected

This location has a redbox outside, an ATM inside, and has propane. Great helpful staff at this location. Milk is cheap and usually on sale however it doesn't stay in stock very long. I've used the reward program for many years.

By far worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every month I have problems filling my prescription. They try to fill my old script from years ago and give me problems about that when trying to refill my current medication. This last time I had to wait 3 extra days to get my medication, should’ve been filled 28th and they wouldn’t fill till the 2nd of March. Refill sent in by doctor but pharmacy doesn’t recognize it and still makes the Dr call to authorize. Dr sat on hold for 48 minutes the first day and never got through to anybody. Had to call again the next morning. I sat on hold for 1.5 hours and they finally figured it out. You’ll be on hold for 20-30 minutes and they just hang up on you. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used BY FAR.

Was on the phone for 40 mins, they kept picking up the call and putting me on hold without saying anything. My husband’s prescription has been “processing” for the last 3 days. He needs his medication, I called again and they told me that it has been ready?!? Every time we call they tell me it’s not. If I could give them 0 starts I would because this is a delay in care, my husband needed his medication 3 days ago, and was prescribed since Saturday, it’s ridiculous.

Called to try and resolve a cost issue for a patient and waited on hold for 45 minutes before eventually hanging up. If a healthcare provider can't get through to speak to anyone I can't imagine how hard it must be for hundreds of patients to! If you're short staffed at least answer the phone and inform the caller of this instead of just putting them on hold time and time again.

I had to give a star in order to post a review. In reality, this Walgreens Pharmacy has absolutely horrible service. Unable to fill a simple antibiotic prescription the same day, not even 24 hours later! Avoid this pharmacy! Been waiting over a week for my prescription. I transferred to Publix and they filled my prescription in 30 minutes!!!!! Walgreens drive thru is 10-15 minutes per car. The line inside is even worse! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worst pharmacy in cape coral. Incredibly slow (10-15min per car in the drive thru) and act like you inconvenience them by needing medication. If 0 stars were an option, they'd get that.

Can’t even open a pharmacy for medication after a natural disaster and can’t even transfer medication to another store without getting ahold of the doctor? Thats insane as an essential employee myself I’d be embarrassed to call myself a pharmacist at this location. But I can get McDonald’s right next door…

This location has the rudest pharmacy technician. Her name it’s Mindy. Very disrespectful and rude. Treating Hispanics as if they don’t have a place or a saying. The way she tried to brush off customers was unacceptable and plain disrespectful.

They don't want to work, they should change all the employees, they just want to be hidden in the back, I missed an immigration appointment because they couldn't help me with a photo.

On hold 30 mins only to have them hang up on me. Don’t try calling this pharmacy.
