Went in to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon and the switch was effortless. I had two phones that were already paid off, and we were able to trade our IPhone 11, and IPhone 8 both and we got IPhone Plus’s, super simple was a great experience. Thanks to those who helped me :)

Super great experience at my first visit. Garrett and Sebastian helped solve all the issues with my watch, and also upgraded another phone. We were in the store a while and they were friendly and pleasant the entire time.

Corporate store, yay!!! We LOVE coming here- they are very knowledgeable and we’ve been helped so much. They’re thorough with their processes and very kind. Other stores are a bit more wishy washy with their knowledge

Jason was super super helpful and was able to fix the problem for my phone within minutes!!! I'm forever grateful!! He was very friendly and even though we showed up last minute, he still had a smile!! That's awesome customer service! My husband and I left very happy and made our night!
Side note, the guy who was also working there, young guy with black hair, didn't catch his name but when we first walked in, he noticed us right away and welcome us.
This store is awesome! And definitely making it our store!!! Way to go T-mobile:)

I recently went to this location after a terrible experience at another. I was greeting warmly when I arrived. My associate was Blaze and I have nothing but a beaming reviews for him. I told him exactly what I needed and he made it happen. He was quick to respond with all of my questions and concerns. Thank you for the ease you gave me. I’ll travel the 30 minutes each time to be assisted by you.

Just left my old service provider and joined T-mobile, The manager blaze did awesome and was very informative. Set us up with 2 new iPhones quick and easy!

Today my husband and I visited the store to switch my husband over from Verizon. We were helped by Sebastian. We were so happy with the service we received and despite having to jump through lots of hoops that took a lot of extra time to switch us over, he was super patient and helpful! He also helped us find the best deal for switching over. Thank you for the great service!

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like this is called for! I hate getting new phones, it always takes longer than expected and usually costs more than first told. This experience was the opposite, Steve and Jonathan in the down stairs T-mobile were OUTSTANDING! Very informative, professional and kind!!! I was in and out fast and paid way less than I anticipated!!! They changed the way I look at buying a new phone! I ended up buying my husband a new phone also because how great they were!!

We recently went in to the Southtowne Mall T-Mobile (store 7790) to upgrade our phones. Brent Erickson immediately met with us, took a long time to discuss options, and helped us find the best phones for the individuals in our family. But not only that, Brent actually stayed well after his shift to help us set up phones, put on protectors, transfer our data, etc. He even had to postpone a date! Brent was kind, funny, and friendly the entire time, despite working overtime on our behalf. We couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much, Brent!

They are always great at this location. They are fast. They greet you when you enter. They know about the products and can answer questions.

Fabulous customer service! Steve, the store manager is the most knowledgeable representative I’ve ever worked with. He goes the extra mile and makes sure he’s telling us correct facts. I’ve followed him actually from previous locations. I’m sad to see some people review this store as lower than 5 stars. I’m guessing they went prior to Steve and his staff being there. They are wonderful and you will be treated as if you were family

Rhett is amazing 😀 he taught me something today. Not all T-Mobile stores are corporate. A lot of them are franchise stores. You really need to do your research and go to a corporate store. Another non corporate store messed up my adult children’s account. I came in to help them see if we could fix the issue. This store did an amazing job at customer service. Thank you RHETT you made my day so much better.

The staff here is amazing! I dont usually leave reviews but these guys where A-1. One of the better T-mobile locations in the salt lake area

Loved working with Carter. He was very helpful to get us everything we needed. They have super low payment options way better then what we were paying before with AT&T. Very kind and willing to help.

I have a teenager coming to visit for a few days, since T-Mobile doesn’t ship outside the US, I had to buy the “tourist plan and SIM card” and send it to her. Weeks passed and surprised the mail company failed and we haven’t been able to get hold of it. I went to try to transfer the plan into a new SIM card and after a quick phone call the CS reps where fully informed and ready for me. Not only they were fast to make the changes but I also didn’t get charge for an extra sim card. I appreciate all the help and the quick response.

These guys are seriously great! Carter and Travis helped out me and my husband get quality service! They are real and will be totally straight and honest with you and what you're getting! Will definitely be coming back for any of my needs!

I came into this location extremely upset with Sprint. The beautiful girl working (Zoe) was seriously such a sweetheart. She let me get upset knowing I wasn’t mad at her & that I was actually mad at the company (I later apologized for acting like such a jerk.) She did everything she could to help make things right. If you ever need help, I recommend going to see her. She’s wonderful!! Thanks, Zoe!!!

Came in to buy the new note 10 plus on the buy one get one free deal. Worked with Ike, who was obviously young, but very professional. Knew about the promotions and offers and helped me get everything set up. He worked with me for about an hour, and was very polite and fun the whole time.

We have been in t Mobil twice. Both times we were amazed and pleased. They are quick knowledgeable and personable. Amber recognized from a previous trip. She is a great asset and represents your company well
