Have never had a problem with RAC or its employees. When my computer glitched, they gave me a new one and comped my down time. Charles is always as pleasant and considerate a person as he could possibly be. If you need to be late on a payment, they are willing to work with you as long as you keep your word and pay them when you say you will. And they give plenty of notice of pickup. After all you know if you are behind on payments and what will happen. It's pretty much the same policy for Aarons, RAC, and Showplace. Thanks RAC, we will be returning customers!

AMAZING PLACE !! Been a customer though them for 5 years never have had a problem finding what I'm looking for if they don't have it in store they will fine it . I got a ASUA gaming laptop though them . They didn't have it in store but Charles found me one in 2 day and it was brand new in the box . Everyone knows me by name and if I ever have a problem they come and fix whatever it is as fast as they can .
