Josh was quite knowledgeable about printers, and took the time to explain a bunch of stuff to me so I might be able to pinpoint any issues in the future. I think now I could tell if the printer is having a major issue, or something I could potentially fix myself. At any rate, he came in, spun a few wheels and the d*mn thing started to work. We made a plan if it quit again in a couple days, and he sent me an estimate for what he thought might be the problem - besides what he already identified. I would recommend him.

ASE Direct does wonderful printer repair service. I thought I would have to take my printer to their shop, but in April 2021, during Covid 19 pandemic, they provided me with a house call to get my seven year old Brother laser printer working again. It took only ½ hour for Josh to solve the issue.
