They sell used offce furniture. So there were some limitation on my choice since I had to choose within current inventory. But they were willing to help and tried their best to fulfill my needs. I bought office cubicles and needed some modification due to the shape of my office. The person who helped me was so helpful by changing the drawing several times. He would listen and worked for me to my satisfaction. Finally, I could get the cubicle I needed. My feeling was like buying a customized furniture, not just a used cubicles. It was a great experience working with them.

I've been to other used office brokers and these guys have much cleaner merchandise with better prices.

Awesome place. Walked in and within 15mins was carrying out a $300+ office chair for $75 (gently used n in perfect shape). Probably came from my old cubicle at Boeing 2 blocks away!

I was happy to find an affordable fire proof filing cabinet at Valumander similar to what we have at my company. Their customer service to buy the product was excellent, fast, atentive. When the filing cabinet was delivered i asked the person if the cabinet has its keys and he said no. I contacted the company to see if they can fix the issue and said they will order a new lock and keys. I have been waiting on them 1 month now to come and change the lock so we can acually use the filing cabinet as we should and lock away important files. Unfortunately, Valumander's custmer service to solve the issue is very poor, slow, and when i call Sean says oh Dirk handles it or the other time Dirk says Sean handles it and basically i do not get any resolution to the issue. Their product should say it comes as is but it didn't. Of course when you buy a filing cabinet of this kind you assume it will function to its purpose. Just disappointing. Sad it is not in their best interest to provide customer service to solve the issue and that it is taking too long. Not now days. Its unacceptable.
