Steve, Chris (Kris, not sure how to spell her name), and Luke were very helpful today. They were very willing to help us find what we were looking for and gave us solutions when coming across obstacles with our purchases and preferences.

Bought the wrong item a few weeks ago, they allowed me to exchange it within a few minutes.

Worst customer service I've had in my life. I wanted five simple papers printed, and the girl at the desk was rude, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful. I verified the size of the print twice, and she printed it completely wrong and cropped. When I mentioned it was the wrong size, she snottily said "well I verified with you and you said it was X size." I repeated that I said the size correctly and asked her to try again, and she kept printing it completely wrong and not double sided like I had now asked for several times. She just shrugged and said "I think we just can't print it." I asked if there was anyone else I could ask for help printing and she said "No, but you could try coming back tomorrow or something." Are you serious?? The whole time she was checking her phone, taking personal calls, and was the rudest employee I have ever met. I was so patient the whole time (I'm also a retail employee) and she treated me like an annoyance. Completely wasted a half hour of my time and didn't offer a refund or anything. I legitimately hope this place goes out of business or she gets fired.

Please don't tell customers you can help them if it isn't true.

I had some last minute files I needed printed ASAP. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and asked them if they could print three different images at two images to a page real quick. They said yes, and I stood there for the next few minutes emailing files over to them, before THE SAME desk attendant informed me that they only had 15 minutes left until closing and they couldn't get it printed today.

Way to waste my time. I could have gone to Kinko's instead and gotten it done in time, but now I don't have time to get over there before they close. Guess I know where not to go next time I need something urgent.

Don't ever bother going here. Waste of time. Incompetence is their motto.
