I can't believe this place has been open forever and I just found out about it. It's a unique take on normal items yet they taste far from normal. I've had the Roadt Beef Melt special and it's to die for. The Chicken Quesadilla is huge and the flavor is yum. Still haven't got to try breakfast or the salads. The prices are even better. My new favorite place I catch myself craving. I just wish they were open later than 2:00 pm. Try this place you will love it. The staff is friendly and personable too.

Amazing food; I love their Chicken Bruschetta sandwich. They are also always super friendly and fast… even with long lines. My favorite place to grab lunch downtown.

Don't go to that other place. They have a stuck up environment. There is so much more to offer in this environment on top of the friendly staff.

We had a wedding this last weekend and the food was Amazing and the catering staff was Awesome. After speaking to the owner, I found out about her cafe and was sad we weren't staying the weekend so we could enjoy the food there too. I have it on our bucket list when we get back to Tulsa and would highly recommend them for catering. Very impressed!

This place is so good. Breakfast here is a treat. The employees are very friendly and food is delicious. I am always impressed with how they memorize orders.

Best place to get a bite for lunch. Quick and friendly staff. Oh yes, the BEST turkey/avocado wrap in the city. Add jalapeños & bacon, forget-about-it!

I can't not go here when I'm downtown for breakfast. Even through changed ownership, the staff, food, and service is consistently great. The tea they brew is delicious. Consider supporting a local institution during your time downtown.
My go to is the bacon, cheese croissant (I don't get egg but you should if you like egg). I've also had their breakfast burritos and the sausage and cheese croissant.

This place always seem like it's so jam-packed. However if the staff is very efficient accurate with orders and very fast. This is one of my favorite places to eat downtown and I appreciate everything is good hard attitude when I take my order. This is why time and time again I come and I get their sandwiches and salads or meal of the day. Keep up the good work everyone.

Such a great spot downtown for lunch or a quick breakfast sandwich. They’re not lying when they say they perform fast and friendly service! You also can’t beat the prices. I’ve loved most every salad, soup, or sandwich I’ve gotten here!

Boston Avenue Grill & Catering recently catered my son's wedding. The food was great!, and very reasonably priced. Kris kept us informed throughout the process and answered any questions that we had quickly. I would recommend them for an event and will use them again for our next one!

This place is great! Even if the line is long, they move really quickly and the staff has been friendly. I've had sandwiches and salads from them and enjoyed them all. The prices are acceptable and the selection should appeal to everyone. It does get a little cramped in there but they're working well with what they've got. Certainly a nice little spot.

Super friendly people, reasonable prices, excellent salads. We had the signature and cobb salads. Definitely have the house made oatmeal butterscotch cookie!

Service is amazing, food is served fairly quickly taking into consideration how busy it gets. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Order the Taco Salad, made with quality and in good portion. Very satisfied.

This place almost seems like a hidden gem. Tucked inside First Place Tower on the ground floor. They serve soups, salad, and sandwiches. I typically come during lunch time, and everything I've had is excellent. The ingredients are fresh and the food ordering system is efficient.

Boston Avenue catered my wedding in June 2017. Licia and her entire staff are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and punctual. Not to mention the food (pulled pork slider and a Mac and cheese bar) were to die for. Our wedding guests didn't have enough good things to say about the quality of food and service!
