United States Postal Service

I mail multiple packages a week, they are always scanned in a short amount of time. I also shop online a lot, my packages are handled with care and delivered to my door if they do not fit in my mailbox. This is a great post office for our little town.

I love my little post office. The folks inside are so friendly. My mail carrier is the best. I feel very fortunate to have this PO--I've lived all over, and I have plenty to compare it with.

I come here every few days maybe weeks to drop off packages and the service is always great! The clerks are super helpful and very nice.

There is a new face at the counter! Even though it was after hours, she helped me by finding a package that I had put the wrong sending address on and relabel it. Very friendly service.

Waited 7 minutes and noone came to counter, when they finally did, they were rude and not very helpful.

Scheduled a redelivery for 2/2/2024, it's now 2/4/2024 and I still haven't received my package. On top of this they didn't even come to my house at all on 2/2/24. I know because I sat and waited there all day. Absolutely horrible. They also gave me a "sorry we missed you" notice for this package and I was home the day I got this notice and they never even knocked, they were just too at to go knock on the door. I hate this post office. Just a bunch of idiots work there.

New to the area been here almost 2 months. Put our mail box up and have gotten mail once. Had a package sent to our house mailman said our property was vacant so went in to post office to correct thought the problem was fixed wrong. Another package was to be delivered Saturday again carrier said property was vacant. We were home carrier didn't even try to deliver

mail always comes late in afternoon and never at the same time. today i had a schedualed pick up for 2 pictures i'm sending to family. i was waiting in my drive way, the mail man pulled up to my mail box, i was yelling and waving my arms, he threw my mail in the mail box and drove off. I was hoping by actually schedualing a pick up that my items would actually get picked up, but no, he was clearly in a hurry and didn't even care to look around, honestly glad there wasn't a car coming, because if he didn't see me just 6-7 feet a way yelling and waving my arms and big yellow envelopes around he sure wouldn't have seen a car coming up. this is beyond unprofessional.

Our packages are never left in places they should be. We have found them near the road in the middle of our driveway and even on top of our mailbox... they are also delivered very late in the afternoon so its pure luck if we find it before morning. I fear that one day someones gonna steal one of our packages becausw of this.

Terrible experience, you simply cant speak to a human. I had a text telling me a package was delivered and it wasn't. I tried calling but none of the prompts addressed this so I wanted a person. If a private business ran this way it would be out of service.

The postmaster at this location doesn't know what is going on. I've called twice and he said he doesn't deliver to Raper Road , and they do deliver to Raper Road. I called again asking about a package and he said they returned it to sender , but it was delivered to my door . He doesn't seem to know his job to well.

My packages are forced into my mailbox and my paper mail in left on my porch, I had to deal with this all during the holidays.I just moved here, also nobody ever answers the phone. I have a package stuck in my mailbox right now and it is raining but I saw her get out of her car to take something to my neighbors.
