Fibernet Corporation (POP)

I have been a customer at Fibernet for several years already. Recently, I had a faulty switch that was causing us massive headaches and Fibernet staff and representatives worked with me on a short term solution to bridge us over a few days until we could put the permanent solution in place. I truly felt that their focus was on our stability and for that, I will always be a devoted fan.

I called them to get a quote for internet services. Unfortunately, they did not cover my area, but they were wonderful to speak to! They pointed me to some trustworthy internet providers that covered my area! I'm sad I won't get to work with them.

They are shady in there agreements and lock you into 1 year contracts.

Is sad I can’t do -starts fibernet have the worst service I ever have I don’t have idea how somethings work fibernet work whir utopia which they are nice but please don’t go through Fibernet

Horrible customers service I’d you want to get stuck whit a unprofessional treat and people that doesn’t care you may what to go to them other wise don’t pay them doe nothing
