BEYOND / HELLO Pottsville Dispensary

Today was my first time visiting Beyond Hello. I placed a mobile order and it was super simple to do so plus they had a few great deals going on. The man who greeted me at the entrance was very friendly and informative. The check out process was very easy and the lady who checked me out was very nice. I will definitely be going back here especially when they have more great deals! Thank you again!

Super clean building. Employees have always been super friendly and ready to help. I've never had a bad experience coming here. The only thing I don't like about this location is the parking. It's a super small lot and if it's busy you basically have to park elsewhere. Not really a big deal though because I've never had to wait too long to get in and out the door. This will always be my go to dispensary.

First time there and had a really good experience. The people at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. My budtender Candy was amazing and went out of her way to help me with my order. Will definitely be going back as a repeat customer.

Very kind staff! My tender was a little bit of an older gentleman I believe his name was bob, he helped me out great! Very personable and very outgoing and kind. If you are lucky enough to get him as your tender you definitely won’t be disappointed!

I always feel super welcome, and, like someone cares about me. When I come in, there are a few workers who have specifically gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and respected, today Bob helped me, and he put a smile on my face.

First time visiting and the staff was great! Michael helped me get everything I needed. Was very knowledgeable and patient with me as a new person. High recommendation!

8 Month Update, Service has only improved from the high quality it already was. Everyone here has always been more than willing and kind about helping with questions, suggestions, and assist with what you need no matter how busy. They genuinely want you leaving with what you want and are looking for best they can; so be the best customer you can when visiting!

They have the best employees at this dispensary! They arfr2e helpful, educated and kind! So happy they finally opened 1 in my area, no longer have to drive to reading! Just wish they did more deals but still I'd rather not drive into reading and pay the extra at this point! More deals would be great though! Just saying! Love yall! ❤

All the budtenders are great... I love them all .... They carry great energy, and weekend specials are bomb for plant smokers. I prefer the buds. The only thing I never liked was people going in with their frustrations. It's a dispensary it's happyland. They do not control technology... so be nice to them always and they will always treat you good.

My first time there was yesterday and I was absolutely memorized, not only by the store and it's operations, but by the phenomenal customer service displayed by the staff. Especially Ari, she made sure I was set up with what I needed and at a great price. Definitely worth the hour drive.

I wish I could express how much I love this dispensary! Every time I go in I’m just immediately so happy & positive!! I love talking to the amazing employees too like Michael & Tom! They are just so nice and welcoming to me & my daughter, she comes in for candy lol overall this place is one of my safe places 😂♥ I recommend this place to anyone & everyone!!

People are very cool when I go in a guy name bob made time and talked to me about my specific needs very friendly I would deal with him evertime if possible made me feel comfortable thank dude

Even when there’s a line out the door, the staff at the Pottsville location is always so nice and patient. No matter the wait it’s always a pleasant experience.
