T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Simply put I was having trouble with my iPhone last night. Linda, shout out to you, addresses me and begins helping me right away. The trouble I'm having proves to be confounding and she pulls Jason, another shout out, in and together they start collaborating and going through the protocols to get it working.
Why I'm writing this is because I appreciated their efforts individually and as a team to solve a problem that literally walked in the door. You don't see that too often.
5 stars without question.

This store and all the staff have been super helpful in our switch to T-Mobile and with any assistance we have needed. All the staff have been very friendly, positive and professional in every visit we have had to the store. The facility is clean and well maintained and makes shopping for new phones easy & interactive!

Justin helped us switch carriers and couldn’t have been better. Extremely professional and knowledgeable while still being very personable and nice. Him and his team are top notch at what they do. Highly recommend them and this location for whatever you need from T-Mobile!

Highly recommend this T-Mobile! I accidentally put my iPhone through the washing machine and Allan was super helpful. He had me call him the next day after it had dried out and remotely put the e-sim in my phone. Amazing customer service!

I had the pleasure of visiting the T-Mobile store in Canton Connecticut. I was helped by Blaine who went above and beyond the call of Customer Service to help my ignorance in the cell phone world. I switch to T-Mobile and I’m very happy with my choice because of the service that was provided to me. The other day when I was in Jesse helped me and was equally as helpful. Great customer service. Professional courteous staff. Clean professional store. I would highly recommend Blaine and Jesse to anyone and everyone and I would recommend T-Mobile for quality customer service

Blaine is always super helpful whenever we need help with our phones. We got 2 new Motorola's and he transfer all our data and took his time to teach us how to use them. We are so grateful that Canton has such a friendly staff here in the Shops at Farming Valley

Have only gone there a couple of times. The staff has been very helpful. Fixed my phone issue in like two seconds.

Blaine was super patient and helpful with getting my service setup. We ran into some unique circumstances getting my multiple phone and tablet situation ported over, each step of the way Blaine explained to be where we were in the process and was incredibly personable the entire time.

Whats normally an experience I avoid, I'm glad to have found a local store I'd not just be okay with going to, but know I'll enjoy the trip.

Jason and Blaine are fantastic, they helped me and my fiend buy and set up a new phone plan in minutes, and gave us plenty of information and provided full answers to every question. Great accessories and attention to detail as well.
Charming, nice and intelligent staff, great customer care, we will be coming back to this location because of the great service we received.

I bought a new phone through T-Mobile online and Justin in Canton was more than happy to assist in the transfer from my old phone. He was awesome! He know the products, the steps, and even when my old phone didn't want to transfer the files, he gladly stayed late to ensure I was all set and good to go. Thank you Justin!!

Very positive experience at this location. Blane, the store manager, too his time to understand our issue, worked diligently to solve it and went above and beyond to make sure it was solved. After receiving zero assistance or service inTorrington I went to Canton to swap from my att unlocked to T-Mobile prepaid plan. Kathy and Justin were very helpful and patient providing me with exactly what I needed. They saved T-Mobile from loosing a new customer after previous negative experience at Torrington CT store. Thanks Kathy and Justin. I also called back thinking I forgot my glasses and Blane was helpful and courteous. Thanks to the Canton T-Mobile team for a positive experience.

The Canton T-Mobile store is amazing!! Sam and Justin and Ed did an awesome job in converting from another carrier when we bought new phones. I wholeheartedly recommend these wonderful guys!!! They were very patient and kid friendly, as we brought in four young grandchildren. Make the switch at this store and you will be amazingly happy!!!

Blaine and Alam were excellent. Made the process so easy and were super personable. They also went above and beyond to find every perk and benefit the company had to offer while keeping it cost effective. Totally will recommend anyone to them!

Service is absolutely amazing. After dealing with how terrible the T-MOBILE store in Bristol was, I was going to switch to AT&T. I pass the T-MOBILE store in Canton on my way to work and decided to give it another shot. Glad I did. They were awesome. Bought a phone and they were extremely helpful. Have gone back several times with questions and they have taken the time to help me. If you have any T-MOBILE needs or are thinking of switching, go to this store in Canton. Stay away from the Bristol store.
