This company is the best in our area and the young men that pick up the trash are always polite and give a wave to me when they see me at the door.
But, the real jewel of this company, is Wendy. I hope the spelling is correct. She is such a sweet lady with the softest voice.
The rest of the ladies in the office are pretty decent themselves.

American waste control is reliable and the company is HONEST.
A year ago my husband and I were on the expressway. An American Waste Control semi truck passed us, hitting a huge piece of broken asphalt, launching it into our windshield. The windshield was shattered!
I contacted the company. I spoke to Melissa. I told her what happened. She said their trucks have cameras. She had to search a lot of footage. She never could find the footage. She explained what had occurred to her boss. He told her " do what you think is right". I received reimbursement for the cost of the new windshield!!
A morally honest company. They do exist! Thank you again Melissa 💓.

American Waste is very dependable and helped me get a new bin when ours broke. The customer service ladies are easy to reach and always helpful. We also used a dumpster when we moved and the drop off/pick up for that was easy to schedule. I have no complaints!

American Waste is an awesome company and everyone who works for them is great, the crew that serves my home go above and beyond the call of duty. Linda is always so nice and polite. Every person I have come face to face with are polite and upbeat. 5Stars all around.

Uriah is our representative from waste management. He is the BEST of the Best! We receive great service no matter the weather and he never fails to check on us as a retirement community. Very dependable, responsible and kind.

American waste control is a great service. They are on time and do a great service. We have had them for 8 years and have never had any issues with them picking up our trash or any big items we need hauled away. If it’s a large item we just call for a pickup and they schedule for it to be picked up.

I didn’t realize how joyous ordering a dumpster could be until it was one of the last steps to get my business ready for opening day! Everyone I worked with at American Waste was helpful and genuinely excited to help me get the best possible plan and equipment to make my daily operations a breeze. Thank you!

At first when this company started charging me an extra $3.00 per bag (when placed next to the dumpster) it upset me. Then I stopped and looked at the reason why. They are protecting their workers from overstraining themselves lifting heavy bags. I appreciate the fact that this company values the well being of their workers.
The workers are cordial, on time and efficient.

We have dumpsters at three different locations and have NEVER had an issue. I don't know our drivers name, but the few times I've talked to him on the phone he is very pleasant and goes beyond (few times our gates been locked or something in the way-he calls us-and I appreciate that) to make sure our dumpsters are dumped. I recommend American Waste Control to anyone needing trash service.

Great for residential services!! Drivers are courteous of property. The staff in the office have always been amazing, helpful, and kind! Payments are easy to make and prices are great!

Our wonderful sanitary workers out at my house are so professional and always take care with the cans. Always make sure the lid is closed in the rain. I really appreciate them. Rain, Snow, Blazing Summer heat.

This company is the best Ive had business with them for over 10 years. Never had an issue with picking up my trash on time and anytime I had any concerns they are always so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend them for trash pick up or other services they offer.

I have been living at my current address in Collinsville for more than 16 years and have always received exceptional waste management service. I have had two service providers - Marquis Trash Service and American Waste Control, and both have been very accommodating to both me and my in-laws who also reside in my neighborhood. The American Waste Control service has gone above and beyond to assist in the removal of items. They always leave my container in the same position as I had it and have been very compassionate towards all the neighborhood animals that interact with them.

American did a great job. It’s a easy to use service. They deliver where you want a dumpster and pick it up promptly. We will definitely use this service again in the future.

I've had a change in my payment method several times due to debit card expiration/renewals, etc ... , and they have always understood, been very patient and never stopped my service. That, and only once in 20 years, has my rural trash not been picked up as scheduled.
You're not going to beat that service....anywhere.

I love my AWC crew. My favorite memory was a few years ago, my disabled husband was late getting the container to the curb and the truck had already passed our house. As the truck was coming back by (we live on a one way out street) the driver saw my husband, stopped got the container emptied it and took it back to our house. The driver was the only one on the truck. He was busy and shorthanded. He didn't have to do it but he did and we were so thankful.

You all do a great job. Every week you are here. You put the cart back on the grass. Not in the road. I wish I knew the name of the man. A few months ago I thanked the man emptying our cart for what they do. He smiled SO BIG and said I made his day!

One of the few really great companies out there. Not just because of their reputation and doing what they say they will do, but because the company culture is great and from the top down they love their people. When employees feel loved/appreciated they do a great job - this company is an example of that.

They always come early in the morning on Mondays after I have left for work. Whoever the route crew is that service my house (8602 E 109thSt) needs to be recognized as superior employees as they NEVER leave any spill over debris in the street or in the area of my house.
