Great service. I was able to get my my kitchen stove top within 5 days it did not fit. The sales person went out of his way to fine one that fit and we received it within 5 day. My stove top looks beautiful. 👌

We in the process of ordering a bunch of faucets for a bathroom remodel and want sure on the color of some items. I decided to schedule a appt to go over the items I was going to buy. I met with Bruce , who has been with Ferguson 21 yrs. He was excellent and knows his stuff and helped us finalize our purchase. I was more than excited to have gone there to get clarification and ended up ordering products that match and look good. I recommend scheduling a visit there.

He was able to order shower valves we couldn't find anywhere else so that we could move forward with our tile project. We were so happy with his customer service we ordered the rest of the plumbing for our project through him. He followed up at every step! You will not be disappointed if you work with Rick!

TERRIFIC! We had a bought a toilet a few years back through Ferguson and no fault of their own (manufacturer discontinued it) it broken in a weird way. Rick Ramirez provided premier customer support and even gave us a reasonable discount for the hassle. He was personable and more importantly knowledgeable about his products.

When our refrigerator quit working suddenly I was desperate for a new one. Tom's Appliance Repair recommended Fergusons of El Paso. I talked to Deborah Terrazas and she walked me through picking one out on the web. (We live 3 hours from El Paso) She got it ordered and kept me appraised of the delivery. Long story short. I got a new refrigerator and I am very excited What a great employee! Very professional and knowledgeable Thank you Deborah.

Amazing selection of shower heads, faucets, fixtures, high end appliances, lighting. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Also if you're looking for a claw foot tub this is the place!

Very nice store for its size. As with many supply stores, most items aren't stocked/ displayed. Would have appreciated a customer terminal in the store to browse stock.

I changed my rating from 5 to 3. The sales guy was great but after that there was ZERO communication to us. Were our items in? What was on back order? Then after over a month,we are still trying to get our refund on an item we cancelled (over $200). Every message we leave, with a promise of a call back has NEVER happened. I understand they are short staffed and have allowed for a delay, but this is now at the point of ridiculous. We've even gone back to the store and still no resolution. Products are great. Customer Service, not so much.
