Bruce and team did an excellent job turning our screened porch into new office space. After waiting for the windows on order (which were ready earlier than projected), the remodel only took 4 days. They were professional with quality workmanship and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with outcome of the project!

I needed to prepare my house in Baltimore city for renters. Which means I have to pass a lead inspection. Beltway Builders scraped peeling paint on every surface of my basement and repainted things from ceiling to floor. They also fixed bubbling blemishes in my bathroom and repainted that, and refinished my hardwood floors on the first floor. The price was excellent, they were very professional and did an amazing job. They by far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend using them for anything you need within your house.

If there were 10 stars, I would give Beltway Builders 10 stars. I had an unfortunate experience with another contractor who I had to fire. Beltway Builders picked up where that other guy left off, fixed his mistakes and did an amazing job in record time. Aaron Baker was my project manager and I can’t say enough good about him. He is calm, fair minded, understands his business and thorough. (I am not the calm type, so he was amazing to work with). Carlos and Alber and Hamed were especially wonderful. And Delber who did the subway tile was also a great craftsman. Their work ethic is impressive and I don’t say that to just everyone. Thank you Beltway Builders this was a wonderful experience and I love my kitchen!

I had a great experience with them. Their crew was on time; they did an excellent job; and cleaned up their mess. They did drywall and plaster on the fireplace in the attached images (The framing and wallpaper was done by someone else). I was very happy with the results

I hired Beltway Builders to repair my 19 year old deck. They re-screeded, changed all the external horizonal and vertical panels, rebuilt and replaces the landing and steps to my deck. They also stained my deck. They also did a few other things.
The workers were very professional and on time. Good job cleaning up.
My contact person "Bruce" he was always available to answer any questions. He did a good job explaining to me how the work would be done. He was great.

Beltway Builders recently rebuilt the deck behind our home. Their crew was polite, professional, prompt and hardworking. They replaced the surface boards, railings and stairs, added new supports, and brought the whole thing up to code. The job was done quickly and the deck looks beautiful. The crew even popped in briefly (on Saturday morning of Labor Day Weekend, no less) to do some final sanding after I noticed some splintery edges. Truly above and beyond! They will be back later in the month to stain the deck. We are happy customers!

Several years back I had Beltway Builders replace our back fence. I was so satisfied with their work that we called them to replace our front storm door. The contractor's name was Glenn. We are extremely satisfied with his work, professionalism, and attention to small details. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We will definitely be calling on them again for our next home project.

Beltway Builders is awesome- very professional, able to access the problem and offer options to any home improvememt issue. I had my basement water proofed due to water seeping into just above the floor. They came in one day tested where the leak was, and put a sump pump in and installed something to catch moisture and water in my walls. It was quick and effective, because the next day it rained all day and there was not a hint of moisture!!!! Excellent job! I wam hiri g them again to redo my basement.👍🏾

This is our second time working with Beltway Builders and we were again so impressed by the level of experience and expertise of the craftsmen. This last project was a 4 day job and our contractor Bill was always punctual and with a wonderful attitude to start the day. He was careful and meticulous in his work and did a beautiful job with a significant job involving drywall, electric, and flooring. We recommend Beltway Builders and will definitely work with them again.

Patricia and the entire team did an outstanding job! I could not be more pleased with the process and the final result. 😃 This was a huge job, I needed to get my home ready to sell. The entire house needed painting (ceilings and all), door hardware needed replacing, flooring replaced, and more!! Patricia listened and offered great suggestions, and she helped make sure I didn’t do more than was really needed. I would absolutely use Beltway Builders again! 😃

I had a front lawn repair and replenishment performed on my home in November 2021 from Beltway Builders.
The job was done correctly upon inital observation but in the following months of regrowth, there was an issue with an incorrect plant being planted for replacement that made the project look out of order.
I understand mishaps happen, so I allowed Beltway Builders to rectify and correct the situation.
With this not being an ordinary situation, I am overall happy with the responsiveness, caring and prompt assistance provided with the whole crew.
The issue was fully resolved and now my lawn and front shrubs are repaired completely with the correct plants for future growth/maturity and complete curb appeal.
I would especially like to thank Shawn, Brittany and Michelle for their hard work and attentive efforts to make my experience a great one, which was accomplished.
You can be rest assured that this company cares about their customers.

Starting point was Aaron Baker who came to house and gave me estimate very professional and knowledgeable. He made me comfortable from the get go and I accepted the contract. The crew that replaced my bathroom tub tiles and fixtures were great very polite and did the job in 2 days. How much am I impressed by Aaron and Beltway Builders?? Already planning to use Aaron again for some future projects would not go anywhere else!!

Beltway Builders has done an excellent job in remodeling my old bathroom and turned out to be as brand new and classic bathroom. The staff including Danny and his crew were awesome, reliable, punctual and friendly. They worked around my schedule and completed the job as we agreed to the contract. The manager, Jay has an excellent customer service, he was very attentive listening to my ideas about what I wanted for my bathroom; he guided me through to find best designs and choices, and ultimately I have my brand new bathroom. I love it. I do not hesitate to recommend belt builder to my friends. I give kudos to Beltway Builders continue with good work.

I had a split rail fence that needed repair or replacing. I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want to meet with salespeople from fencing companies. Beltway Builders reached out to me through Home Advisor. Dave Posner was easy to deal with. He quoted me a much better price than expected and emailed the contract. The deposit was less than 1/2 of the total price. About 3 weeks after the contract we had an install date. Mitch and Jeff showed up to do the work. They did a wonderful job and were easy to deal with. They left everything neat and tidy. The fence looks wonderful. I had originally planned on just repairing it. I’m glad I took the advice of the company and had it replaced. A very positive experience. Mitch and Jeff worked fast in the hot sun. Very impressed with their work. And would request them for any future jobs.

Dave from Beltway Builders came to do an estimate for a privacy fence- really nice guy and able to give the estimate on the spot. He also advised of options to do monthly payment arrangements unlike some of the other companies that came out. Great guy and great representation for the business. I had to do a review to express my sincere thanks for their professionalism and commitment to quality customer service!
