Marion Eye Center

I go to Marion Eye Center in Centralia and I really like the care they give you. I never have to wait long and have always gotten very good care there. I never knew I had glaucoma but Dr. saw it and is treating it, and it has not gotten worse since diagnosed. I really appreciate that.

I first went to Marion Eye Center when my Mother moved back here from Tucson. They treated her so well that now my wife and I go there also. They are always very friendly and helpful. If you have a question ,they will take the time to answer in away that you can understand. I would recommend them always. Centralia, Illinois

My first appointment went very well and I am sure future one will also. Everyone there is helpful and very nice.

My family always has a great experience. My daughter can stop by anytime for an adjustment. Even if she dropped her glasses. They are friendly and helpful.

I have always had great service and experiences here! I brought my child in for a first visit and they really went above and beyond to make it GREAT for him and treated him amazing! Not expensive and the staff is so friendly!

My husband & I both go here and would recommend them highly. They are always courteous and provide a thorough exam.

THEY CARES ABOUT YOUR EYES

People here are professional, friendly and courteous, however seemingly either overbooked or understaffed or maybe both. Had to wait considerable time past my appt to begin the exam. Once with the Doctor everything went very well and did not seem rushed. Just got my two pair of glasses ( normal & sunglasses ) and the initial measurements and fitting was spot on only requiring minor adjustment. Would have given 5 stars if it were not for the waiting time.

I don't visit many eye doctors, but you would think with a scheduled appointment that you wouldn't sit in waiting area for 30-45 minutes before being seen. The employees don't seem to pay attention to anyone either. It's as if they always have something else more important they are doing.

They got me in and out quickly. But they were very unfriendly. Sometimes very rude. I will not be going back to Centralia office again. Even if I'm going blind.

My wife tried to get an appointment for a irritated eye. The receptionist was rude until she got her insurance information. This is not the first time the receptionist was rude with my family. When going to the appointment they insisted she paid in full. The problem with that is we have a HRA which means there is an account that it gets paid out of. Apparently the receptionist has never heard of such a thing. Long story short my family is now a happy customer with Quantum eye.

I am always having problems with them with bilingual and giving me the wrong prescription. I've been told couple years ago that I didn't owe anything and when I went back in November they told me I owned money from years ago. That when they say its charged off that it only means that they collect the money next time unlike what i really thought that i don't own money.Today I went in to order my contacts and basically got called a liar saying that my prescription has alway been the same the last couple years. Not true a couple years agos my contacts were wrong and I had them replaced with right prescription. She told me that the computer doesn't show that. Now I have to go back for a follow-up. So frustrating.

They didn’t leave a voicemail for me so I did not know when my appointment was and now I can’t go there because I miss my appointment so don’t go here they don’t try
