Absolutely incredible service and our inspection was completed in a timely matter including having parts delivered to complete our oil change. Front staff was great and socializing with the customers and very friendly. Price was better than anywhere else which is a plus!

RDA is the only place me and my family will be going for our car needs from now on. Jackie and her team and phenomenal! They went above and beyond to find us the perfect car for our family. They have impeccable communication which is so helpful throughout the buying and repair processes.

The team was professional and quick. They were clear on the work they were doing and the waiting area was clean. Never met a group in an auto repair shop that seemed to enjoy their roles so much. Love the digital inspection process and they were very thorough.

Went here a couple times and I think I will continue to do so! Super friendly and informative. They take pictures of all that’s wrong or needs work and text it directly to you!

Highly highly recommend RDA Derby for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Tommy very efficiently manages the office and effectively coordinates customer concerns and questions with the repair shop. It was so EASY to drop off my vehicle and I left feeling confident all issues would be addressed. Felito, the service technician, explained the repairs so well and gave advice on possible future concerns and what I should watch out for. They have an awesome system for keeping a customer updated. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Will definitely return.

I called this shop, desperate and 500 miles from home when my Subaru started to lose power on 90 just outside of Buffalo. They told me to come right in, they had space, and they could likely at least get to know what was going on (and then probably fix it the next day). I had to get it towed in, and they took it right away.

Less than 30 minutes later we had an answer (alternator) and a part ordered. At this point it was 15 minutes before closing, and the mechanics agreed to stay late to wait for the part and fix it tonight, after closing, so that I could get on the road.

And when I was sitting in the shop, Tommy at the front desk was friendly and kind, and everyone else from the mechanics working on the car to customer service folks were so friendly, helpful, and kind. They were thanking ME for being understanding about waiting after five to get it fixed.

The price for the fix was completely in line with what I would expect for the service, too. No upcharge for emergencies or staying late - just excellent service and really nice folks. I have never been in a repair shop that has been this amazing. I was joking that I was going to drive up here to get my car worked on regularly, and only half joking.

I could go on, but I'll end. I felt taken care of and helped during an emergency far from home.

I needed my tire looked at as it was not holding air, they got me in within 12 hours and fixed my tire for me within an hour. The customer service was great!

Went there for an alignment appointment yesterday that I called for Tuesday and I was running behind from the tires being put on and Tommy was very understanding. I was taken right in when I got there and Felito did an amazing job showing me what he recommended I get. When it was done he said it was a hair off and to let him know how it was. I brought it right back in after taking a little drive and he fixed it even more. I love these guys at rda south and I'll continue coming back

I’ve been to RDA Derby at least 4 times to have my car fixed ie: brakes, rotors and wheel bearing. Prices are reasonable and I usually get appointments right away. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

TOMMY AND FELITO, which are the two employees at RDA south location, does a tremendous job every time I need my fixed. I never have no problems after unless I mess my car up myself and have to return. Other than that, they are 100 percent accurate. Once again, thank you TOMMY AND FELITO. I can always count on them.
