Janks Deer Processing

I’ve been coming to Janks for two years now and have always had a great experience. From the meat packaging being nice, to the quality of the cutting and trimming of the meat. The cape jobs on the bigger bucks have been good if you plan on getting your deer mounted. Mrs. Jank is always an absolute pleasure to deal with! The establishment is impeccably clean, an I’ve always had quick turnaround times with getting my deer back. Can fully recommend them as the premier processor in the thumb!

Extremely clean and a ton of choices: from breakfast sausage to more unique - cranberry and pecan (my fav). Get back your own meat and not someone else's! We have been going here for years - drive an hour to get here. Recommended to our friends and family. They go here now too. Even had an elk processed here.

We have been getting our deer processed there for several years now. From cut meat, to sticks, to polish sausage, to brats. Everything they make out of your venison burger is unforgettable. You will never go anywhere else again.

Do great work and quick

Used Saw to cut steaks! Trimming on meat is terrible! Got deer back in less then 3 days witch is never a good sign. Missing one tenderloin out of my deer. Don’t recommend unless your on a budget!
