I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I was positively surprised. Shopping is a five minute ordeal... and with the help of the girls there I came out with three new pairs of Burlebo shorts. Style ASAP definitely knows what they're doing.

I didn't think I could be a bigger fan of anything more than Burlebo Shorts.... but these Burlebro pants and sweat pants are the bomb! Bought 4 pair!

My daughter and I use to LOVE Style ASAP. Sadly, the past few times we have been in there those "working" seemed content with doing everything but helping those shopping. We went in just before Christmas and needed help finding an item. The girl working was quick to tell us that she couldn't help us and that everyone was on break. When asked if everyone working was on break, she quickly responded, "yes" and did not move to even try to assist us. We had planned to do a lot of our shopping there that day, but instead chose one item and left. Jump forward to after Christmas, the one item that we purchased needed to be returned. Unworn, tags still attached, just the wrong size. The girl working was very ugly to the recipient making the return, informed her that they would not even exchange it without a receipt (which she didn't have because it was a gift), and went back to what she was doing. Now I get it having to be a store credit or an exchange for the same item, but...and there was no cause for the rudeness that she encountered. Now she doesn't even want to return the dress for store credit with the receipt because she doesn't want anything from Style ASAP. I am blown away and never thought that I would post a negative review about any business, especially local, but this needed to be said. Our business, and the business of the other young lady and her family, may be no big deal for them, but they have surely lost all of us as customers. Might I add that they were not busy either time, so there was no excuse. Rant over.
