One of my favorite post offices.

This is the best post office in the United States!

Just to let everyone know at that post office I am having an investigation started due to undelivered medication banking information that has been opened up a credit card that was supposed to been here 3 days ago that the bank had to reissue to me it has been red flag with the bank and I am not the only one that has medication not turn up or mail that has been opened that is a federal offense and could be very life-threatening to some people in need of their medication promptly I would severely watch out whoever is doing this cuz they're going to end up Federal prison

Needs to be open on Saturdays like most other post offices!

You know the people that work here are nice and everything but man I'm so frustrated with having to wait a day to collect my package. I've gone through this with them over and over. I try to have things shipped to my front door and always gets routed to post office. I know it's busy time with COVID and all that but Jesus if I stress the importance of obtaining my package today! Instead of spending 15minutes and even getting a manager to come explain. Why not spend 5 of those minutes shuffling around a few boxes and grabbing the package I paid $85.00 to overnight.

If anyone knows how to get a mail box setup at your house in Colfax. I would be grateful to hear what steps to take.

Constant issues with this post office. I guess they can't keep enough of those pink slips around, because when there is a package to be delivered, but they can't put it in the box they are supposed to leave that slip. They have not been doing that. And when you go there to get your package they often can't find it. Maybe you guys need someone to organize.

A slip is never left in the box for a package that needs to be picked up. When we track online it will say "customer requests this package to be picked at the post office". This is untrue, and, again, a notice is never left in the box. This has resulted in many items being sent back that we were unaware even needed to be picked up because the packages were ordered for us by someone else and we had no means to track them. I can understand not being able to deliver a package for one reason or another, but not being able to spend a few seconds to drop a note in the box letting me know I have a package to retrieve is unacceptable. If I could choose the manner of shipping for everything we receive, I would absolutely never use the post office.

They must love me here, because I always have to go pick up my packages. "No recipient available", um have you tried knocking on the door? Oh wait that takes an extra 5 seconds and 10 calories. Don't worry, I love driving into town for no reason.

I have lived in Colfax since April. They don't have mailboxes, so I had get a PO Box. I have had three separate orders from Amazon go missing. This post office has a thief in their employ.

I have tried multiple times over 2 days to call them, but they have not answered the phone.

This post office needs a re-do. Laziest employees ever! Jeanine is the only one who does her job and delivers the packages as she should.

If I could give it zero Stars I would. This place is a disaster, nothing ever gets delivered correctly now we have checks out and about and anyone could figure out our bank account now but they seem less than interested in helping. USPS is a bunch of clowns!

Absolutely terrible experience on two different occasions this week alone. Extremely Rude the older lady behind the counter. We to pick up two different packages and was told too bad when they delivered to the wrong address.

This is literally the worst post office. If you call it rings and rings and no one EVER answers. I have even called, standing in their lobby, while people ignore the phones ringing, just to see what happens. Needless to say no one answered.

This post office is so incredibly awful.....I track a pkg and says it was delivered to me and it wasn't....I report and nothing.......says it was put in my mailbox and the pkg was huge...I am so tired of this.......
