Dynasys APU

Tony is awesome, that is the gentleman that fixed my APU. Overall this place is awesome and everyone there are really good people I highly suggest anyone going to get there APU repaired or looked at should go to this facility you won't regret it. ✌🏾

We're do I begin well I will say first off kinda sad when your ac is under warranty the ac dosnt work you find a repair place but they don't wanna do it cause of some issues with getting paid so I paid outa pocket and dynasis says sorry but that's on you second your fan setting control speeds stink I've done exactly everything you told me to do and it stays even for about an hour then kiks up to high this stinks I wish I just went with another carrier apu and don't even think about doing the oil change yourself so much to take off

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these Dynasys boat anchors. Had mine for 2 years and been in shops getting it repaired at least 7 times. Just last week I dropped $931 on it and now, one week later I'm back to idling my truck again. I'm getting it fixed one last time. If it breaks down real soon as it usually does, I'm going to have to take a hit by trading it in for something else. To the guy praising Tony, Tony won't even return my calls.

Absolute junk!! Stay away. Customer service a joke. They tried, tried, and tried again to repair but they gave up and now we are being ghosted by them. Save yourself the heartache and go another route
