Love my neighborhood Rona. All staff are helpful, very kind, awesome! I also always notice smiles and kindness around for other customers and co-workers to each other.

I'm new to the Wallaceburg area and my new home required extensive renovations. I've been in the store almost daily recently and staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently, I had an issue with my new kitchen sink on my countertop install day and needed to find a replacement ASAP. Terry & Deb went WAY over and above to help save the day and I could not be more appreciative. Many thanks to the Rona Wallaceburg Team for all your help and support.

Quite a good group of folks

Always right there asking if there is anything they can help you with.

Every time I go into the store they are always friendly kind and courteous.

I really like that, some places couldn't be bothered to ask you anything.
They just let you walk around and leave.
not Rona staff in Wallaceburg.

They want you to feel like you are appropriated and feel important.

As for Rona itself;
If it isn't in the store they can
9 times out of ten
get it for you .

Living in a smaller city it is nice to know that we have such a dedicated work force available to help whenever we need it. Nick has always gone above and beyond to help us create our projects and the service team to ensure we find or get what we need. The entire team should be recognized for their hard work.

Staff always willing to help, they do not mind sharing their experience and knowledge, great experience to shop there, always. EZ.

I needed to replace one of my CO sensors and after calling around in Sarnia to no avail, I called Rona in Wallaceburg and the Lady who I spoke to was of really great assistance. So after the super help she gave me, I chose to take a rip to that store and give them the sale.

Great customer service from the older gentleman in lumber dept. Very caring to help make sure my board was secure for ride home.

Very helpful staff. Deb worked tirelessly with us. If they didn't have what we needed, she was on-line or on the phone finding and organizing getting it.

Very fast and friendly service, staffs very knowledgeable and are able to assist their customers in all aspects of construction materials and install questions.

Came in for a few items, one of which was on sale...both were located near the front cash, which made my visit smoother. Staff was very friendly.

Very clean and modern inside. Has pretty much everything you need and unlike the big guys, you can usually find help when you need it.
