The manager at this store went out of his way and was SO very helpful. Even though the plexiglass cutter was not working he took the time to cut it for me to the exact size BY HAND. It fit perfectly and I could not be more pleased. Service like this is so rare these days. THANK YOU!!

Great small town hardware store. The inventory selection is impressive. I purchased the wrong item and they help me with what I actually needed. Bonus points.

I usually find what I am looking for here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Large selection of outdoor/gardening "stuff" here!

Extremely responsive service! Always willing to help you out in case you forgot something in your order. Lady on the phone was a bit short, but I understand how busy they are and dealing im sure with customers who are also not very pleasent towards them as staff.

A very clean and organized small Home Hardware. Has great staff always willing to help you . Good stock too. I like to look around there even if I don't need anything because it is nice and friendly. Usually come out with something though. Very reasonably priced , I think they keep a close eye on Competitors pricing and stay within the range. Small town so that is important to keep customers here and not venture out of town to the bigger box stores. Soon the Flower and Plant Garden will be open ... Yahhhh. Happy Shopping in Wallaceburg.

Their curbside pickup system was as simple as can be, just email in with SKU numbers and quantity and they'd email back within an hour to tell you your order is ready.

Easy to find stuff good help from employees around the store

I appreciate the customer service, the employees were very helpful and I formative. Some improvements need to be made about the amount of products available at this location.

Staffs always friendlyband easy to deal with. Quick to ask if you need anything and help you find it. Much better experience at this location than the awful Home Hardware on Keil in Chatham. Worth the drive.
