Friendly, efficient, and multilingual post office staff. It's easy to be intimidated by the long lines at this post office, but it moves very quickly. They do this by asking you to step aside if you're not prepared for your transaction and will call you back to the front once you're ready.

I arrived on a Saturday 5 minutes prior to opening and there were >20 people waiting in front of me. Despite the long line, I was out of the post office <10 minutes after it had opened.

They are so busy this time of year and I'm sure it's a stressful job. I made an appointment to get my son's passport. Well, I screwed something up and didn't end up submitting the appointment. I was frustrated because they couldn't see me, but to my happy surprise they squeezed us in. I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness when I know it would have been easier to just have us come back at another time.

I rarely leave reviews but I couldn't resist. I am thrilled with Todd's work, not only was he insanely friendly and helpful with my package, but he also advised me on the services the post office provides. Top marks, excellent professional!

First class customer service. Not only to me. But everyone in there. Came here for a passport appointment. All the staff greeted me and were welcoming. A++. Fast and easy transaction.

They were very nice. I came here to pick up a package right before closing on Saturday afternoon and it was really busy but j was able to find parking and get in/out in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully USPS does their job next time and just deliver the package

The people that work here are great, I was late for my passport appointment and they were kind enough to fit me in the time between others. I thought I was going to have to wait another month before getting an appointment.

The post office workers don't get enough credit for what they have to go through. They truly keep communities connected through thankless works.

I have an online business and I LOVE using USPS priority.
The employees at the warner post office have been WONDERIFUL. Im there almost every day.One time I dropped off a Priority package into the bin, and a very sweet employee ran out to my car with the package to tell me I FORGOT to add the mailing label! These people work so hard and dont get the credit the deserve!

We have been using their service for 25yrs or so. They have handle our passports several times during this time also. This group of workers there are remarkable in service and professionalism. The things they deal with from people who don't have a clue when going there or no paperwork ready expecting the service to read their mines. Ridiculous!

I live in Fountain Valley but always go to Huntington Beach USPS on Warner close to Golden West. They always met my expectation in regards to controlling the line if you have people that needs to mail out 50 or 100 packages. One more good point about them is the front desk agent, specifically the representative named Thuy. I was there on Tuesday and Wednesday and would like to thank her for being very courteous, nice, patient for thoroughly went through to explain to me different options for my mail. Most importantly she always have a happy face when dealing with me. Thanks Thuy for such professional and courteous attitude. Hopefully everyone is able to run into a USPS representative as nice as you are.

Both Teresa and Ricky are amazing individuals. Polite Courteous and out right professional. They helped me renew my passport, thoughout the process they were excellent with managing other clients while respecting my time. Thank you guys for an amazing experience.

Get your passports here! Come in with your application filled out with supporting documents ready. Make the appointment online. It takes 15 minutes for one person with photos. I don’t understand why people complain. If you have an entire family of passports to apply for, it obviously takes longer. This is by far the best post office I’ve ever used. Keep doing what you do!

Professional and courteous service every visit. I’m somewhat a regular and have been at this location when it’s slow and jam packed. In either situation the staff keeps their cool and treats people like you would like to be treated. I’m not being paid to write this, I felt compelled after seeing nothing but post office bashing by people with nothing better to do than write negative reviews.

We had a package that was undeliverable, the postmaster here was extremely helpful and efficient in locating it for us

I had an issue the other day with package delivery. I spoke with the supervisor who was very respectful and responsive to my concern and addressed it promptly. Very pleased with the leadership at this post office, and appreciate his willingness to help resolve my problem.

The employee Dylan was super helpful and cheerful. 🙏🏼 He deserves a raise

Today is Monday November 16th, 2020. This review is intended to be a positive & historical review for the USPS. Earlier this year the US 🇺🇸 was hit with The COVID~19 Pandemic. Because of this, Society@Large has been encouraged to use the USPS for the delivery of meds and so on, including our Mail in ballots due to be postmart no later than November 3rd, 2020. We are now in the 2nd foreseeable and expected wave of The COVID~19 Pandemic when cases and deaths are on the rise once again and being historically documented. We just had a Presidential Election surrounded with suspicions of "alleged" Postal worker frauds & fraudulent activities within the USPS.
I just want say that after the rise in requested Postal deliveries from Society@Large on the USPS when bombarded with so much more needed services at the beginning of The COVID~19 Pandemic, the USPS has truly gone above and beyond in their dedication and service for the US. Thank you so much for rising to this important yet unfortunate occasion.

Everyone at this place is always friendly and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for better customer service too. A package wasn’t delivered and I submitted a form describing the issue and it was quickly resolved with a phone call the next morning.

This post office is the best. Everyone is always super nice and helpful, so I'm not sure what all the complaints are about. I've never had a bad experience there.
