Mailbox Express

I've been with Mailbox Express since 1987. The service has always been amazing. I've never lost a package. I recommend them to everyone.

I love Mailbox Express. It’s so much more convenient to come here instead of the actual post office. They can help you with most shipping needs and they even have a cute variety of gifts and cards in there shop. Everyone is always so friendly especially Beth, she makes boring errands fun and friendly!

I must say I agree with the previous review of Mailbox Express HB.
It's more than just a mailing store! The staff is very helpful and friendly. And it is so fun to walk around and see all the great products, including artwork and artisan items. Really fun cards too. I truly recommend this place to everyone.

Alex and Samira are wonderful. I traveled for a year and they made sure that my mail followed wherever I went. They took the time to call me if something unexpected came in. It was like having small town, personal service with all the capabilities of a big city business. They actually care about the items that they ship. I had a business package that had to arrive undamaged and Alex took the time to assess how best to send it and proper packaging. Wonderful customer service oriented business.

If you’re looking for someone who is passionate about serving their customers and gets the job done quickly and correctly, this is the place.

I came in here needing to ship express a few minutes before the pick up time for the day, and Alex got everything done right away so that my package could go out that day! Alex and Sammy know how to treat their customers and they have lots of cool accessories/gifts in the store like some model cars, wallets, sunglasses, hats, and so much more!

This place is the best! The owners, Alex and Sammy, are so friendly and helpful! Sammy won me over when I stopped in with some questions about forms on a dhl package. She took care of it all and shipped it off. I knew then and there I was going to move my mailbox service to Mailbox Express. We also use their notary service which is so convenient. They are open 6-days a week and have great hours. I look forward to coming in to say hello and catching up. They have the sweetest puppy too. I can't say enough about how lovely this business is!

I have been coming here for 10years. This little mail center is awesome. They have redone the inside and it’s super cool. All kinds of mailing stuff but also cool little things you might not think of. I actually have found a few gifts for my wife here. Never a line and that’s the real gem!!!

This is the ONLY place I trust to handle my shipping & mailbox needs. The new owner Alex always goes above and beyond to service my needs quickly and accurately! I won’t be going anywhere else!!

I was able to get a document notarized and they helped with shipping it out as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you need shipping or notary services.

Alex is a wonderful new owner and most helpful. Just recently I sent a UPS Christmas package back east and realized later I had the wrong address. I called Alex and he went the "extra-mile" and stayed on the phone for 1 hour for UPS assistance He gave them the tracker number and corrected the address on my behalf. Otherwise, who knows where the package would have ended up. Thank you again Alex.

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE OWNER!!!! Have had a mailbox here for over 10 years. The owner Jay is a kind man that is always cheerful welcoming and helpful. Would totally recommend! Enjoy the Christian music playing. A little shocked at these reviews. This man is always a sweet gentle soul everytime I go in there. I'm sorry to hear of these experiences as I interact with this man almost weekly and he addresses me by my name and is always all smiles.

Great service, love this place. I go here for anything I need shipped out. With that said, please change the hours list here to your current hours. The sign on the door says open at 10am everyday, not 9am as is listed on here.
