No job too small for the Ida Jean Haxton Post Office. A Postal Worker mowing the grass. I've observed this senior person assisting customers upon request, cleaning lobby and now gardening. Kudos to duty and arduous work!

The lobby is open on Sunday and they have two large container to drop off larger packages inside .

Never thought I’d leave a review for a post office but thank you so much to the very stylish staff member in the fuchsia suit who went out of her way to help out with mailing my package! She has such an infectious and positive energy that even the post office was a good experience!

Very friendly and helpful associates and the lines move quickly.

I too wish this mailbox theft would be addressed by those who have the authority to do something about it. I understand it's been going on for several years now?????? I never use the mailboxes anymore, I take my mail into the Post Office to mail it.

The staff here are incredible! It was such a nice experience. I’m switching from my usual post office on Riverside Ave. and will be going here from now forward.

I was 3 minutes late for dropping of 40 packages, on a Saturday August 4 th. The door was closed but the beautiful and nice Asian lady clerk was nice enough to open the door for me to drop off my packages, instead of using the drop box that would of made my shipments late. Unfortunately I had poured all my parcel into the drop box as she was talking to me. I was in a rush and didn’t hear anything. Turns out the box will be picked up at 5:00. Either way. Had I been listening and less in a rush I could of had everything scanned right away. And a drop box that gets picked up at 5:90 on Saturday? Awesome. Customer service? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟10.0 AAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++ I wish every clerk or post office was like this one. I hope she sees this review. I thanked her but I don’t think that was enough. She would of saved me a huge headache. Had the drop box not be opened til Monday. Thank you miss for changing my mind about post office and their clerks. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

PS. This is the first time a clerk offered help after closing time. Every other place usually lock the doors turn their heads around and ignore you and that’s up to 10 minutes before closing. I had some clerics tell me that the truck is loaded and come back the next day. (15 minutes before closing)

I needed to mail a check to the IRS yesterday. I wanted to avoid the Warner PO so decided to try this location for the first time. I couldn’t believe it when I drove up! It was practically empty at 12:30 in the afternoon. So I happily went in and purchased a stamp from the very nice postal worker and left it in his capable hands. As I walked back to my vehicle, I texted my husband to tell him “mission accomplished”. He texted me back and asked if I had remembered to send it via certified mail so that we could track it to make sure that it made it to the IRS. I had totally forgotten to do that! So I went back in and there was a nice female postal worker there who asked if she could help me. I explained my situation and she found my envelope and discussed it with the gentleman who helped me in the first place, and they took care of everything!! I was so grateful!! I will definitely go out of my way to go to this location for the wonderful customer service!! Thanks again to those kind postal workers!!

I run my own business and have used many post offices but this one by far is the nicest!!! All the postal workers go above and beyond to help and take good care of you!!!

Such a great experience here after going to the location near Harbor and Adams and having a terrible experience. Truly the workers here need a bonus, everytime I have gone they have been so helpful and sweet.

I am referring to myself as I was upset with the USPS for not delivering a package...then I saw that I inadvertently put the wrong address on the box. MY bad

Just mailed by primary ballot and got the auto confirmation it arrived. So well done. 😊
