The BEST post office I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s not by where I reside. However, I decided to make the drive here to get mine and my kids’ passports here and I was not disappointed. We arrived at 2pm, appointments were at 2:15-2:45(for 2 kids). We got out of there before 2:30pm including my passport renewal processed. Definitely recommend this location 👍

Best customer service you may experience in USPS ever! No line, worker was really nice and friendly

Made an appointment to renew my passport and waited only about 5 minutes until I was greeted by Vivian behind the counter. She was very nice and guided me through the process. I was out the door in 10 minutes! Very satisfied! Thank you Vivian!

Cindy and Mary are the best at this branch. The ladies are very sweet and patient with even the worst customers. Love the vintage feel of the building. Keep it up!

All the employees here at the Main St/Olive Branch are terrific. Always friendly and smiling.

Staff here are ultra friendly and helpful. Not much parking but always seem to find a space. Really gives a downtown hometown vibe to hungington beach.

Excellent small town type service in downtown HB. Great place to get collector stamps and have letters hand cancelled. Can get crowded in the small building when everyone decides to go at once.

Mary is the sweetest, always smiling and very courteous to all the customers. She completes this awesome, vintage post office.

These and all PO employees are some of the hardest working people in our community, and this is a great little local landmark. Shout out to Mary!

Probably the nicest post office staff in the world.

They don't have the machines that allow you to ship things without needing assistance but the staff was polite and expedient. I was in and out in 10 min (on a Wednesday afternoon).
