Walgreens Pharmacy

After having an awful experience with CVS, I had my doctor send over my medication to Walgreens. The guy in the pharmacy was so kind and took time with me to make sure everything is correct.

Quick service, friendly staff. I have nothing negative to say about this store.

Over the last few months a few of the women at the Pharmacy area are just rude and have no friendliness at all. Almost act as if its bothering that I am filling a prescription! It's getting to the point that I will just easily move my prescriptions elsewhere. I take many meds on regular basis, so I need them, but I can fill them anywhere else, like Kroger or CVS or mail in pharmacy. So maybe try and have decent courtesy with customers at the least.

Tried refilling my anti depressants there, which is a quantity of 60 that I take twice daily. They say it is a 60 day prescription. I guess you don't need to know basic math to work on a pharmacy? Pretty sure a quantity of 60, taken twice daily, leaves you with a 30 day prescription. They refused to refill them, so I'll now be going off anti depressants cold turkey. Probably good for mental health. Nothing but a bunch of clown shoes there.

Called, Spoke with Steven and asked if they had my prescription in stock because there’s a national shortage… And he said they had it but that it was a risk in telling me that so “I better make sure that this goes smoothly” which came off very threat-like then I said, “with no offense behind it, is it not in your job description to tell me if you have a medication for me?” To which he suddenly said “actually we’re out of your medication and if it has to do with your prescription, I refuse to fill it and by the state of Ohio I don’t have to give you a reason as to why.” I literally asked what happened and he wouldn’t talk to me whatsoever. Refused to fill a prescription I’ve been out of due to a *National Shortage* and he was just rude and ugly and disrespectful to the nth degree for no good reason.
