Great place to buy new phones. I have been a member for 11 years today I surprised my daughter with a new Iphone and our representative Samantha was very cool and diwn to earth. She made us laugh and was very friendly and informative. My daughter is happy with her new phone and im happy with the promotional price We paid for her new device.

Nadera, who works at the T-Mobile in The Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY, took AMAZING care of us on Friday, November 24th!

We were having a rough day with upgrading three of our phones.
At first, we went to the T-Mobile on Transit and Maple. The Rep. who took care of us was not helpful at all. She deferred us to The Apple Store, at The Galleria Mall, where we got the run around for about 2 hours.

When we finally had a Rep. take care of us at The Apple Store, he was terrific, but he couldn’t do anything for us. He suggested we go to T-Mobile, which is on the second floor of the mall.

From the time we arrived to the time we were finished, Nadera gave us PHENOMENAL Customer Service! Not only was she able to upgrade our phones, she was very personable. She interacted with all four us like she had known us for years, and we appreciated that immensely!

Nadera helped to turn our frustration into sighs of relief. We are thankful to Nadera for all of her help, and we would highly recommend Nadera and the T-Mobile at The Galleria Mall!

Walden Galleria Mall T-Mobile store: Gunnar and Nadera gave me 5⭐Star service. They won my confidence. 1. Listened attentively and discerned what the problem was, first. 2. Gunnar quickly & completely restored my phone. 3. Nadera assisted me with my printed document. Boxed & secured everything ! This is now my go to store for future purchases. Thank you🙂

My boyfriend and I met with Brent Jones at the store to upgrade my phone, he had the best customer service! The experience was everything that we could have ever asked for and we couldn’t be more grateful! We ended up upgrading mine and my boyfriends phone and getting the 5g wifi that T-Mobile is now offering. We left very satisfied and are now enjoying our brand new IPhones!! Please go see Brent if you’re ever in the market to get a new phone or upgrade your current one, he was great and is a huge asset to the T-Mobile company!!

I went into T mobile Galleria and met Justin.. We had a few questions and led into a few sales. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and treated my family like we were a part of his!! We will now go see him when we have questions or to buy phones and accessories. I will tell my family and friends to go into the store and ask for him.

Thank you for having a great person taking care of your customers!! He is the kind of person who will make sales and educate the consumers on how to work their phones!! He even helped me take my two daughters Christmas presents to my truck!

Orlando Zachary and Dan are top notch reps. Me and my girlfriend had a complicated family matter and were moving her phone from Verizon to my T/sprint account. Our Verizon device was locked and Zachary was very professional talking to the Verizon account holder. His professional and personal demeanor was outstanding. All of the gentleman in the store made us feel at home for quite a lengthy visit. They are all very easy to get a long with. Orlando's personality kept me laughing in a time of severe frustration. Wegot the guys cookies from next door because now my better halt and I can keep in touch when we are apart. Thank you guys 10/10!!! I will be back to say hi everytine I am at the mall. They all deserve a bump on their base pay!!!

I worked with josh and he was great. I had came in right before they closed on Sunday and he took his time, not trying to rush and took care of my needs. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them to the best of his ability. I know sprint gets a bad rep, but i will only go to the mall and see him. The customer service was exceptional and i implore you to go and see josh!

Jamario Great help tells you what you need. Assisted me soon as I walked in. T-Mobile as a company tho isn’t very will I had there service for years and the same phone since I signed with them come to find out a upgrade was ridiculous price out of pocket on sight.

Excellent service from Amanda and the rest of the staff here when setting up new phone accounts. They are very patient and knowledgeable even when busy.

Amadu was extremely helpful. My son had issues that were not rectified any place else. All the workers were very pleasant. I appreciate this experience.

I had some time to kill while I was waiting for my eyeglass prescription to be filled and I had some questions about the Sprint to T-Mobile transition and details involved in changing smartphone devices and many of my questions were answered to enable a smoother transition for everybody on my family plan, thank you staff of T-Mobile at the Walden Galleria!

Amanda was great and very helpful I needed a new phone very fast as my husband's phone didn't work anymore went in the store as i thought it was the cheapest way to go to find out t-mobile charges 35$ just for the visit which is ridiculous then the price of the phones so by the time the out the door cost it would be over 100$ so I sat there and did 2 online orders she was very patient in the end my orders were just about 45$out the door compared to 100$ I now know to just do orders online and do pick up in store

Went in there got me prepaid plane and sim didn't take long.young man was quick so I was like wow . Thanks guys

Samantha at Galleria location was AMAZING!! I went to the Walden location first and they never told me about the deals I could get. Samantha was very thorough and a pleasure to work with.
