Wow. Really nice to have great fresh food. Fries were nice and crisp and my container was FILLED with them. But I also really liked how this crew worked together so well as a team. Willy was fantastic with helping employees and taking care of customers

We met Willy and were very impressed with our service. He was super nice and helped me carry everything to the table because I was holding a sleeping baby. We normally go to the Spokane Valley location but the service isn’t great. The staff has made me cry in the lobby in the past… We were pleasantly surprised by how great the service and food was at this location. Wish we lived closer to this one! Maybe Willy should be promoted to the GM of the Valley location.

Willy was an absolute amazing employee! Made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Extremely friendly staff and amazing food! Cooked in record time. All around my new favorite fast food place

Willy went out if his way to make this a wonderful meal. It was 11:05am, but he still made me a breakfast burrito. He gave me a senior discount. Later he passed by my table and asked if everything was alright. Bravo, Willy. Thank you.

First if all, thank you for keeping your lobby open during business hours even when the drive thru is busy. This is how a fast food restaurant should be, unlike the others in the area who close their lobbies.

The staff were all pleasant and very friendly. They brought out the delicious hot food in a timely manner and I love that they bring your food to you directly.

Lobby music was also very easy going and comfortable. Great atmosphere!

The service I’ve seen at this location tonight was better than any experience I’ve had at most any Carl’s Jr. locations. The employees were timely, very cordial, and helpful.

When eating my meal the employee working the counter and cleaning asked how the food was, and asked if I wanted a to-go bag for the leftovers as I was leaving the store — something that many people may expect to be common place, but is much appreciated nowadays.

Every employee working tonight deserves a raise, or at least some high praise of some kind. 👏👏

After 50 years of Hardee’s this is my first Carls Jr. WOW! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The location was clean and comfortable. The Food was really good and served hot. We had Chicken Biscuits.

In this unfortunate time I'm struggling to land my new job in Washington. Until my first orientation Monday I had no place to stay and no real money. So I visited Hayford Walmart to stay cool and get some munchies on sale. While eating snacks on the curb a gentle man blessed me with a Carls Jr burger and fries. That was thoughtful, but if I was gonna eat it . It had to be warm. I headed across the parking lot to Carls Jr. A young man named Willy welcomed me promptly and I explained my cold food situation and he fixed it immediately. This is the best Carls and customer service and burger ever. Thank you Mr. Willy you have no idea how you put a smile on my face. Keep up the good work. Anyone visiting here say hi to Willy. P.S. the restaurant is clean, air-conditioning and the only Carls Jr I visited with the Carl's Jr Star hand painted on the wall.

I really didn’t think I’d have such a great experience at a Carls Jr. yet here I am. Food was very good but the service was exceptional and when I had issues ordering on the app I received help and they even started my order before I had ordered it on the app when I had to restart. Would hugely recommend

Ordered a Beyond burger and ate in. Service was very friendly; definitely above typical fast food courtesy and helpfulness. Clean. Food was very tasty.

The workers are always polite and friendly. I love how they bring the food out to you. I've never been disappointed.

Fresh vegetables, quality outbeats other national fast food restaurants, pricing is on point, and inessa, the drive through representative, has natural customer service which is a lost art form these days.

It'll be hard for you to beat Taco Bell, cuz I really like my tacos and crack delights... But when I'm feeling like I want a burger, Carl's Jr will always be my first choice

Went through the drive through, and was pleasantly surprised with how kind and courteous the employee was when taking my order and at the pickup window. Great service!

10/10 experience, the front person was super nice with helping me get my spicy remade because it wasn’t made right and it was made excellently.

Straight up the best carls i’ve ever been to in this area! The store has a clean feel to it and the food is fresh! I’ve never received bad service here.

The young man who served us that night was amazing! How many times do you get exceptional service at a fast food restaurant? NEVER!!! It had been a very hard and emotional week for my family. We lost our pops, and we were taking my brother to the airport late to get back to his family, we were all exhausted and sad. But with such ease, the young man who served us gave us 3 some of the best service... as well as put a smile on all of our faces. Thank you 😊 I wish I would have asked him his name!!!

I went to order 1/18/24 at 1:53pm theres only 1 guy working!! Poor guy whoever he is y'all should not double but triple his pay for sure. I didn't order didn't wanna add more to his plate

Willie was at the window and served me the best grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches. He was very personable and I will def come back.

Service was quick in the drive through the day I went. The worker was friendly and accommodating. I had the Beyond Meat burger with no cheeses, mayo or special sauce to make it vegan and it came out right. Added bbq sauce for flavor. Would highly recommend for a cheap quick vegan meal! Thank you Carl's Jr for meatless options!
