I have lived here for 13 yrs. Most of my experience has been positive depending on the management and maintenance staff. The current staff is excellent. Omar is our manager and at times fills in to assist maintenance. Elizabeth works as his assistant and has been here approximately five years.
She too has proved to be a valuable asset to the Woodwinds community.
Our community is made up of all races, ages. and people with varied interests. I would highly recommend Woodwinds as a great place to
live. We also welcome dogs.

I'm glad I chose Woodwind apartments. It's very spacious and big inside my apartment. And also the apartment complex is so nice and quiet. I want to thank Miss Elizabeth in the office for all her help, and the maintenance guys for making sure everything was good before I moved in my apartment.

We are new to Woodwinds, but love it here. The staff are easy to work with, including maintenance. The other residents are friendly and helpful. We would recommend you come here if you're looking for a friendly, welcoming home.

Really enjoy working with the staff at woodwinds! Elizabeth at the front desk is very professional and knowledgeable, and Omar and the maintenance staff work very hard to maintain a great environment. 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to rent!

I lived here last year for a full year. I only moved because of my job transfer. I lived in an older apartment but I heard that they renovated. The Maintenance staff is awesome, especially Patrick. He always had my stuff fixed correctly really quickly. The leasing staff was never anything less than friendly and understanding. I lived upstairs and it was always relatively quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone and do frequently.

Living my best life here!! 4 stars because this is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at where the staff and residents are so friendly. The property manager does a great job with always making sure the residents are 100% happy.

My experience with working with the administration team at woodwinds was excellent. They were more than helpful and made the application and acceptance process enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment give Woodwinds a call.

I lived here for a year from 2014-2015. Only reason I left was to move home to Charleston. Never had any issues with management they were always really nice and helpful. Maintenance was handled in a timely matter as well. Honestly have no complaints about the woodwinds

After a stressful month of searching, I was grateful for the patience and dedication that the Woodside staff offered, especially Paige Key! She made our application process a smooth and enjoyable experience! The amendment to all virtual during the Covid-19 adjustment was a breeze with her help! I look forward to our new journey with this complex!

I called to get information on leasing and I spoke to Kendra and she was so helpful over the phone. She literally answered everything for me before I could even ask. Super informative and nice over the phone. She definitely makes me want to move in with them.

The staff at Woodwinds is always so kind and accommodating! The maintenance man Dan Vincent made sure to go out of his way to make sure that our needs were fulfilled in a timely manner, going about and beyond to make it happen!

We have been consulting with Kendra about our application and apartment that we have applied for she has been so helpful with everything that's why we are so excited to move here because talking to other apartment leasing agents the have not been so friendly.

The 3 bedroom townhouse ceilings are beautiful and have so much space! Loved the exposed beam!!
