As a first time home buyer my transition was smooth thanks to Coleman and Donnell. Absolutely loved the fact they handled every issue I could possibly had. Me and my 2 young ones have a place we can call home. Please go check them out and tell them what you want and they will get it. They will not put you in anything that you can't afford.

Surprisingly, I found Gabriel Shakkori on tiktok and he seems to be awesome at what he does !! We’re looking into homes and hopefully to move here in the near future and Gabe makes it very easy to get a good look at what you’re getting for a good price. My sales person Ron such an amazing and honest guy. Ron and my relationship started around late 2017 to 2018 . I began my home journey and had so many ups and downs. I got approved for a home and was asked to bring $6000 just to be told I needed $15,000 more. What is funny and a blessing this man got me approved with the same mortgage company with 5% down and my family can now enjoy our new home. This process came at the right time and is such a blessing. Duncan at Aiken Housing Center is very helpful and knowledgeable, and the quality of homes on offer is fantastic. I really couldn't be happier with the service we have received. He has walked us through the design process as we are significantly modifying the layout of one of the homes, and he has been very patient with us and quickly responds to our questions with the info we need to build the home we will be happy with for many years to come.

We purchased our home through Aiken housing. Duncan was our sales person and he was great, from his personality to his response time. I felt comfortable reaching out to him if I had a question or concern. He always picked up the phone for us and answered our texts and more importantly got whatever we needed done quickly. The whole process took about 5 months from mortgage to move in. There are some things that need to be fixed but our home is absolutely beautiful and we are in love with it.

I had a DW mobile home I need moved. I contacted Scott of Aiken Housing & he helped me get it done!! He & his crews were absolutely great every step of the way. I was in constant contact with whoever was heading up the project at that time. Such as, Jesse…moving the home & a pleasure to work with.
