Always very reasonably priced, fast service, and the job will always be done right!! The staff are very professional and reliable. The manager is always helpful and he makes sure that your vehicle is well taken care of. Its the only precision tune location I will ever go to. I don't trust auto care chains at all. I'll be back here again and again!

My husband and I took one of our vehicles, and they did a good job. The customer service was good, so we have since taken another one! Additionally, their prices are reasonable!

My car (Kia Forte) was a complicated job that turned out to be far more complicated than we knew. Their mechanic went way above and beyond to make sure that the necessary repairs were made to get my baby back on the road again. It took time, but again, it was a complicated job and he put in the long hours to do it right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Again, thank you SO much for helping us in a difficult situation. Also, shout out to their office manager, Kelly for coming through.

This place is great. We've been there twice and both times they were super friendly and helpful. They took a look at our car problems and fixed them quickly and efficiently. They have shown terrific honesty with us regarding problems they find and the prices they charge. They've never come up with "surprise" problems, and we've only ever been charged for the work they did, if they didn't do something because it wasn't needed, then they didn't charge us. This place has definitely shown the highest work ethics and customer service. They have earned us as repeat customers.

The wait wasn't bad at all and they did a very thorough job on my vehicle. Price was reasonable and no appointment necessary.

Another great service visit at Precision Auto! The staff is always friendly & extremely knowledgeable. They genuinely care for their customers by providing thorough explanations of what work has been completed & what is currently being done PLUS they spot things to be mindful of in the future. It's a complete car care experience. I love my Jeep & am picky about what happens to it but I never worry when it's in their hands. While visiting from NYS our car's serpentine belt broke along with the tensioner freezing up. Precision Auto got our car in the first thing the next morning, kept us updated on the progress and repaired it in a very timely manner. We were at their mercy and they treated us well and fairly. If only we had such a great repair shop back home. Thank you Precision Auto for the terrific service. Be sure and check online, they have discount coupons and gladly accepts them.

I got a better feeling getting my car serviced here, rather than some of the other auto repair places. I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of, as far as prices were concerned. I will most likely return here for future repairs.

The people are professional and friendly. The lobby waa clean. I went in for an oil change and they didnt try to sell me a bunch of services i didnt need. I was in and out. It just took long enough for me to enjoy a cup of coffee.

My mom had a semi-flat tire with a hole in it and it took only like 20 minutes, that was quick! ♡
Also, there is a coffee stand for customers as well full of various flavors, and peppermint
(had a pumpkin full of candy for children)
