The sales team member was very helpful! He looked up serval different shoes for my sizes in both female and male sizes. He was patient with me the entire time. He also told me about the current deals and upon checking out he asked if I needed anything else such as socks etc to complete my purchase for the day.

The assistant manger was awesome. He took the time out to explain some of the shoes to us. My son wears a size 13 and it’s very hard to find a shoe that fits his foot. I was very grateful for this young man. He was excellent and the service was excellent as well.

Was pleasantly surprised to find out there are weekly specials! Got my newest kicks for a fraction of the cost on Tuesday! What a Valentines Day! Will be back! Employees are friendly and helpful!

Great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Shout out to the store manager at the Aiken SC at Hibbet she is the best with helping you finding things in store, online, she even calls other stores for you.
