LOVE!!!!!! the staff, they take care of the regulars and treat new ones as regulars as well. Never had a bad experience and I've been going to this location 4 years now. Staff is friendly fantastic custom orders

Went to Scooters today and noticed the worker, Adam, was the only one working. He did really well at managing the line and making the drinks and apologizing for any waits. The waits weren't long and it was totally understandable as he was alone. He handled it well and kept a positive attitude and made me a great Mocha. 👍

I have been coming to this Scooters for three years daily. The manager Ashlee is an amazing human being and is so nice and kind. She does an amazing job at training her new employees and makes all of her customers feel like friends and family always remembering their vehicle and order. It floors me how she remembers so many customers faces, vehicles and drinks. All the employees are always so nice and attentive to what us customers need. And it also helps the coffee is always amazing!

Love scooters!!! I wish they had an xsmall size since I dont drink that much coffee but thats my problem not theirs lol..

Ashley the store manager at 75th and nieman, Shawnee KS is incredible! She is wonderful at training her people. I had a bad review up not to long ago, however it has been taken down and replaced with this one because I have noticed great changes in this location. I’ve now returned coming everyday like before and she is very open and vocal with her employees. Anyone would be lucky to have her. She is caring and tries to help!

Visit this location every morning, I receive excellent service and my dog receives better service 😀 The manager Ashlee is the glue that holds this store together. I have switched to this Shooters loaction due to the poor management at the Scooters location which is closer to me. If Ashlee leaves, I probably will too, she is a great employee. If I owned a conpany I would gire her in a heartbeat!

Great little coffee shop. Easy to get in and out and always have a friendly staff working. Always go in the morning for my LG black coffee!

I got hooked on Scooters when I worked at a building downtown that had one on the main floor, near the entrance.

I typically come at the same time every week for the most part and the same person is usually always working. They are the most pleasant person I have ever come across at a scooters. Last time I saw her she was wearing a tie-dye shirt and I believe blonde hair, she's always very very nice and cheerful ☺ give her a damn raise!

There double chocolate muffin is amazing!!!!

This coffee house has my father's favorite coffee. They also have great smoothies. My father and I will go back every time.

OH MY GOODNESS. I have been in search of a scooters that would make a cookie blender for me. I know you can make them because I used to work at scooters. But FINALLY Breanna(sorry if I spelled the name wrong) made it for me!! It was PERFECT!! Thank you SOO MUCH!!!!!!!

I had a great experience. It was my first time going to scooters. They recommended a drink and it was delicious. For sure coming back.
