Starbucks

This is a great starbucks. They are fast and the employees are always nice. I skip my neighborhood stsrbucks to drive to this one every morning.

I've been here twice and this place is always fast and awesome I use the drive-thru.

Great Starbucks. They are fast and have great service. No issues with orders. The recent remodel is nice.

Emory made my first experience to this Starbucks a knock out! Great conversation. Kind eyes and extremely helpful and patient. I walked out feeling happy to have paid my money plus I learned of a new drink I like for the future. Emory your a ROCKSTAR!

I've only been here two or three times now but I've always gotten what I ordered, how I ordered it 👍. Mostly I wanted to shout out the night crew because I drove up, had a pretty specific drink to place and they were still really nice to me. They also nailed it 🔥.
I work overnight and it's difficult to find kind service at the end of the day (beginning of mine) because everyone is tired, so their kindness really meant the world to me, thank you!

Fast and friendly

Fantastic customer service 👏 despite being a very busy location. They're happy to correct any issues without the customer having to make the request. ** I have ordered regularly from here and only had 1 hiccup which they promptly corrected. The drive-through moves pretty quickly too!

Kindness matters. The employees at this Starbucks are making an impact on their community. they make me feel like I matter and always have a smile and a convo for me when I walk in. I would come here everyday not for the coffee but for the people. they have a kindness board were you can write kind words on post it notes sometimes! They are amazing valuable humans and the owner should be proud of such a team and show them how much they matter as well. Team gift, bonus something becuase WOW. To have a group of people who genuinely care is so fantastic. I come here not for the coffee but the people. Thank you for making a difference in my life and giving me a smile even on my bad days.

Supervisor Clayton has excellent customer service. After going through the drive thru and only receiving 3/4s cup of coffee I decided to go in to get the rest of my cup. Supervisor Clayton was amazing and very customer focused. He immediately apologized and made me another new coffee while also explaining that is his "goal" to make his Starbucks top competitor in the area. Great way to think, "My competition is not DD or 7-11, It's the other Starbucks" - Clayton

Friendly and they always get the order right. I’m good for 3-5 visits a week on the way into work. Staff recognizes me as a regular and will go out of their way to say hi and make a little small talk.

Out of the relatively close Ashburn locations (marketplace, one loudoun and crossroads) this one is by far the best service wise. No my drink has not been perfect every single time, but more often than not it is and if it is not perfect, it's still drinkable. They are quick to acknowledge those who walk in and have always been very pleasant. This location also has the fastest moving drive-thru out of the 3. Definitely worth driving just a tiny bit out of the way for better service.

My favorite Starbucks in the area... friendly, competent, efficient staff; clean cafe...only complaint is they can run out of popular items and may not restock ...my kids (and I) love their snowman cookie...gone well before Christmas never to return at this location. :-(

I love this Starbucks drive thu! Everyone is always so friendly. Even when there's a long line during the morning commute I have my drink in hand in less than 10 minutes, and I've never had it incorrect or made weird. They also have pictures of dogs that get puppachinos in the drive thru window!!!!!

This location is very clean and has plenty of seating. The staff here is very friendly and they will always get your name right on the cup. I had never got an incorrect order at this location.

The morning team now is a dream team. I am happy to update my review. They all really brighten my morning and are super sweet.

Went through drive-thru, no order ahead due to staff shortage…can’t blame those who are working. Michael was SO NICE!

One negative is that you have to check your drink. I go here daily and they often make mistakes. Aside from that they are polite, have a nice assortment and deliver high quality product.

Excellent service in the drive-thru! Ordered on the mobile app and picked it up in the drive-thru with zero problems. Highly recommend this location! A+++ in service!
