They actually had a pair of tires in the size I needed and were able to get me in on short notice and replace the 2 rear tires for me so I didn’t need to keep driving on my doughnut spare tire all the way back to La Crosse from Abbotsford, WI.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was treated well and with respect. The work was completed faster than I expected and done well!
I am very happy with the job they did to make me feel comfortable being on the road and to get home Friday, when I finish work at Dorchester this week.
Also, the total amount for the tires, installation, and disposal of the old tires was very reasonable and far less expensive than I anticipated!

My husband was traveling recently from a family funeral and his low tire gauge came on. After stopping at a gas station, they sent him to Pomp's in Abbotsford. Joe Thums was amazing! He helped him determine a sidewall was cut, changed to his spare and ordered a new tire. We live closer to Rice Lake and will get it from that store. Traveling on Hwy 29 near Abbotsford Wisconsin and had an RV trailer tire blow after striking debris on the roadway in a construction zone. We Googled tire companies near Abbotsford and Pomps tire was 12 miles away from us. We limped to Pomps and they had a replacement tire and were ready to take care of our issue. Great people working there. Had us back on the road in less than an hour. When I need tires for my F-150, I'm going to Pomps near our home location. I'm sold on Pomps!

Pomp’s is always able to get me in quickly for tire issues and oil changes. Their pricing is reasonable and they have a sweet waiting area while the work is done. You can trust them with your car!

I had a flat tire on exit 132 near Abbotsford. I called 911 because there was another man who ended up with a flat tire after he hit the same piece of the semi break piece that I hit on the exit.
Officer Bowman arrived and offered to change my tire. I had the donut spare & a 4 hour drive home. Officer Bowman called 3 tire shops & Pomps had my size tire in stock. The two tire service technicians removed the tire, brought the tire to the shop & checked the rim for damage. They returned to the exit and put the new tire on my car. I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes.
I will recommend Pomp’s to everyone for their excellent customer service!!

Always a good experience when Pomp's does work for me. The mechanic test drove my car to confirm my suspicions, then did an excellent job of installing the parts I had purchased from a third party! When I picked up my car, he took the time to show me the old parts, and I left with confidence that repairs had indeed been done correctly. Thanks guys!

I picked up a bolt in my tire and being a on the road salesman was outside of my area of familiar service. Fortunately, I was able drive my car here and the guys got me in and back on the road in a short time and didn’t cost me a fortune. They were friendly and quick! They made what could have been a nightmare into a very big blessing. Thanks for your help! Great place!

We are not from this area & were pulling a covered trailer that we borrowed. There was no spare tire. Called Pomp’s at 4:30 (they close at 5:00) Talked with Brad. Very customer friendly. Decided to get two new tires. He sent Matthew out to the highway to put them on. Matthew was great & we were on our way in less than 2 hours. Great job, great service.

Excellent service, great prices, with free rotating and rebalancing. No automatic charge for alignment, they check it and charge a nominal fee if it is needed. Their service staff are all well informed and they treated my wife very well when she took our vehicle in. Oil change was quick and a great price. I don’t know any of them personally, I don’t work for them either ! My wife goes there and is treated like the intelligent human being she is !

I called at about 10 minutes to 5pm (closing time) and needed a tire on a semi trailer or I wasn't going down the highway until the morning. The man on the phone was more than nice and when I pulled in one guy pointed toward the back and said he'll back ya in. That was that and he changed the tire out and was a really nice guy that didn't mind staying a half hour or so to help me. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. All the way around. Customer service on the phone and at the shop and the physical work also. A++++

I stopped at Pomp’s tire service to investigate a tire that had a slow leak that was previously repaired by another tire shop.
As I was midway in my trip and had another 2 hours before reaching my final destination, they quickly got me in and had me out the door within 45 minutes.
As the tire was ruined beyond repair, they were able to provide me with a solution to get me back on the road safely!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience in abbotsford Wisconsin. My family is from Ohio and blew a tire on the highway about 10 miles outside of Abbotsford. We were on a family vacation driving a minivan across the country. My wife googled them as I was changing the tire. The offered to come and get us but I felt we could make it on the doughnut. The tire was repaired within an hour and they even told us where to get some fresh cheese curds while we waited. I had no idea that cheese curds needed to be eaten fresh! The people working there were legit good people and I feel lucky we crossed paths. Thank you!

We were on our way to a doctor appointment in Eau Claire (a another hour or so away) when low pressure light came on. We pulled into Pomp’s and they were able to get to us right away and patch the leak. We were out quick and made it to our doctor appointment on time.

We are not from this area. We were at a baseball tournament and ended up with a bolt in our tire. We called Pomp’s and the service on the phone was excellent. We brought our vehicle there and within a half hour we had a fixed tire and on our way. Super service! Thank you so much!

Drove 150 miles to Pomp's Tire in Abbotsford 10/17/20 as the prices were more affordable than in my current (larger) city. Called to set up the appointment with Joe who knew exactly what would work well for my truck. I arrived early, much before my scheduled time. Brad worked me into the schedule early so I did not have to wait. They did a great job. The Hankook tires I purchased are like night and day compared to what was on my truck - very quiet and they ride nice. I'm definitely going to get my tires, and tires for the rest of my family, at Pomp's from now on. They've earned my trust.

If I could rate this a 10 star, I would have! Kris Kurth took care of us today and went above and beyond our expectations!! In fact, he even picked my husband up from home (a few minutes away) when our van was done so my husband didn't have to sit there for hours while waiting for new tires to be put on. I would highly recommend this business to others!!
