Art of Glass Smoke Shop

I’ve been coming to art of glass for a whole year now and every time I visit I am floored with their customer service and products available. Today, I finally made the plunge to get a silicone piece with the help of associate Bobby!

He was kind, courteous, and a great conversationalist.

10/10 customer service.

Perfect, best smoke shop in Buffalo. Had to make sure their review was set at 5 stars. Went there today for 4/20 sale, everything was almost half off and they gave me a goody bag. Best experience in a smoke shop ever. Staff always helpful, store looks good, better prices than other places….I could go on and on but you get the point. Go here!

Great spot, walked in an employee named Maarg helped me out. Was looking for a nice piece for a birthday gift and he gave me some great choices in my price ranged. would 100% recommend this spot, great prices great staff

They have a nicely stocked walk in cigar humidor. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I hope to visit again soon.

Gerry is super chill and very knowledgeable. He’s always has a positive attitude and very helpful when choosing the right piece. He even remembers us every time we come to visit.

Quickly became my favorite smoke shop. My second of two excellent experiences today. Amazing staff, great selection, good prices, and sounds like more to come!! Jessica helped me find just what I needed today and I have to say, it is rare to find employees as patient, knowledgeable, kind, creative and efficient as she is. I'm thinking now of any excuse to return.

Just bought a rig and Andrew the worker was the most helpful nicest person. He took great care of us and was very knowledgeable about everything he was talking about. Best glass in buffalo. Really great store, really great prices, and the best workers. 10/10 recommend.

Love the orchard park location, Gerry is super helpful and chill, and has helped find so many perfect pieces for me and remembers me as a regular. Cannot recommend this place enough.

It's the best smoke shop in buffalo, They have an awesome selection of glass, incense and accessories. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Went in to buy a much needed new glass piece, and was surprised when asked to spin a wheel to give you a percentage off glass items for only three bucks! I spun and got 50%, they had other discounts like 20% or even buy one get one free. So that was pretty cool. Joe was super helpful when I was deciding on my purchase, and answered any questions I had. He definitely made my trip shorter and easier. I probably would have been in there all day with the selection they have. I'll definitely be returning.

Devlin was utterly and completely AMAZING!! He provided me with great customer service and an all around great experience. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to hear what problems/ wants that I had or was looking for, and recommend the products that would suit me best... and all the products that he advised exceeded my expectations! The store was very clean, inviting and very, very fairly priced. I will be going back in the future! Compared to experiences I’ve had at similar establishments, I was blow away by how wonderful my visit to this store was and how professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating the staff was. I look forward to my future visits and I am glad that I found a store that I know will be able to answer all my questions and provide me with an amazing experience, which sadly you don’t see a lot of anymore!

Awesome shop and awesome people. Every single person you encounter is friendly and ready to help. One of the best glass shops on the eastern side of the country.

This is the larger location of the two but there is an equally good selection at both locations. No need to go to one over the other.

This place is awesome I bought a water pipe from them today. When I got home one part of it was defective and wouldn’t hold water. Usually places wouldn’t care and you would get stuck with the defective item. But they told me to clean it as best as I could(COVID mainly) because they said they were returning it. And bring it right back to swap it out for anything of the same value. I truly appreciated it and walked out with something even better!! Thanks again Andrew much appreciated!!!

Both locations are awesome and full of friendly, knowledgable staff! They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for each time. Would go back to either art of glass shop!

both locations are among the best in the area and have more product than you could imagine, and all employees are extremely knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they'll find someone that does. all around great environment for novice and expert smokers alike

The best head shop I’ve ever been too!!! Joe is the best glass salesman I’ve ever done business with! They will show you multiple pieces til you find exactly what your looking for and never any sales pressure. Easily the best glass shop in WNY!

Great store! Smoking accessories, vaporizers, cigars, rollings papers, wraps, waterpipes, he has everything. All price ranges, high quality. Way cheaper than some of the glass shops around town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

If you have never been to the Delaware Ave location, I highly recommend it, the people that work there are amazing. It doesn't matter if you know what you are looking for or I'd you just want to talk about things you have no idea about, these are your people.
