With the recent delays in package deliveries from USPS due to the Palmetto center issues, I just wanted to express how much I really appreciate this location. They're friendly, professional, and have done their very best to be honest and understanding with those of us facing frustrations about our packages not showing up. They may not have a solution, but they do seem to care, and that's important.

Very friendly lady

You use to be able to talk an actual person now they have the computer and no matter how many numbers you punch you can't talk to an actual person. Not even to your local post office. To me that's not good customer service when you even talk to a real person anymore.
