Excellent from phone appt. to visit in the office. I was desperate to get a second opinion due to my worsening condition. NP Tara Greenwood and staff was phenomenal. The front desk girl was fantastic to be able to get me in the next day as most ENT offices are fully booked out for months. I got my conditions addressed and got sound feedback per moving forward to recover. I would highly recommend this location as it was easy to do business with and get professional treatment!

I was extremely impressed with the care that I got at the Sinus Institute. The nurse practitioner, Tara, was thorough, caring, and thoughtful. I came away with ideas that will help me care better for myself at home. What more could I ask for.

Very nice experience, greater ear care for my ears than I've received other places; very pleasant providers! Only thing quite surprising that they DON'T accept CASH! (Strange, but no problem for me at the particular visit.)

Name should be posted on door as well, it just had family practice. Otherwise the appt went well and staff was very friendly, and I’m very helpful explained everything that they were going to do.

The doctor listened to my problems and discussed possible ways to treat it. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The staff was also professional and I was seen in a timely manner.
