They always have what I need when I need it. The employees take time explaining the products to you whether you're going in there for a fuse or your car needs a new water pump. I recently purchased a battery from Auto Zone, it came with a one year warranty. Today out of no where my battery was leaking all over my trunk. The ease in getting it replaced was perfect. They had my battery replaced in minutes and I was back on the road.

Amazing service every single time I require something from a complex component to a simple tire pressure gauge. Regardless I’m met with genuinely wonderful employees with positive attitudes, including the managers. If mistakes are made on their parts manufacturers side, they are more than happy to rectify the issue. So don’t give these men and women a hard time they don’t make the parts they just supply them, not to mention with great information tips and bits free of charge.

I went in because my blinker went out and the gentleman that helped me went outside to check on what I needed. Not noing he was going to replace it for me. That was greatly appreciated. That's what I like about Auto Zone it feels like back in the day where employees would help the customers.

My experience was great here at the Elkhorn location. Cashier Horace J was very helpful in researching and grabbing everything we need and with a great attitude and continuous smile.

Brad B was super courteous and helped me find an air/fuel sensor that I was able to pay at his store and pick up at another. Customer service at its best. Thank you, Brad B!

On 8/10 I came to the store with questions about my battery. I received helpful knowledge, understanding, patients and even better someone who could help me install my car battery. The guy (David) I think was even Courteous and checked the Alternator. Good old fashion kindness and customer service. It was and more beacause it was very hot out. He didn't Hesitate to help or even give Attitude like most place. Even his Manager was very polite and helpful. Thanks you guys for great customer service

The guys that helped me out did a great job and did a lot more than I could have expected. They knew a whole lot and pretty much automatically gave me a response with specifics to my questions and my car. They honestly deserve double their pay for the way they helped me through, at one point in the middle of a rush. I'm terrible with names so whoever was working around 7 pm on Nov 1, ya'll deserve a raise.

There was only 2 employees working very hard to help customers. Store was very clean and the employee was very helpful with my order. Im very happy with my visit.

I had a part that I needed help with. Anthony Then employed at work there very professional One of the best customer service I've ever seen. I showed him a picture and he knew right away what it was and where it is. I tried going to the dealership didn't even know what part it was but he knew right away very professional he went above and beyond to help me. He deserves a Raise and a Promotion Some of the stuff that he knew normally only mechanics know. If there were more people like him in this world the world would be a better place He has amazing customer service skills.😃😃
