Jamie was very thorough and detail oriented in our home inspection. After he was through he gave us a detailed report of all the issues that needed to be addressed prior to close of escrow. Later that day we received a very detailed written report with pictures showing exactly what required attention. I would highly recommend Jamie for a home inspection if you’re in the market!

Benchmark inspected a home that we are in the process of buying. The inspector, Jamie, was courteous and thorough. After his inspection, he gave a clear and full presentation of what he had found and what he recommended for remediation. Then he answered my questions about a few things in the report by walking to each of the places where I had questions. Later he sent a copy of the report showing all of the areas he had inspected and indicating places where he had concerns. Jamie arrived on time and was in a wonderful mood! He inspected a home we are in the process of buying! We are first time home buyers so we don’t know much about what goes into inspecting a home. Jamie did a great job explaining and physically showing what needed repairs and also gave great tips on how to keep the home in great shape! Jamie was amazing! His inspection was super thorough and detailed, he noticed anything and everything around the house. He was super cheerful and friendly, and had no issues stopping to explain different parts of the house or answer any questions that we had. He went the extra mile during the inspection compared to other inspectors would likely blow off. The final report he provided was very detailed with tons of good photos (I think he even uses a drone!) All in all, superb experience and service.
