Jackie S and Logan made this a great experience through our entire build. Couldn’t have ask for better customer service and communication. Even now, almost a month after closing, both still call and answer our phone calls. Today we had an issue with our garage door and within less than an hour of reaching out to Logan, our issue was resolved. That also included a third party company with the overhead door guy. We highly recommend and would do it again. Thank you, Jackie and Logan for going above and beyond!

My experience with Buffington Homes has been phenomenal. It all started with Faith Castleberry and Terrah Grayum, the showing agents. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind.Never once did they make me feel pressured into making a decision. They guided me with information and friendly comfort every step of the way. Amanda, the designer assigned to me was top-notch. I went into the design appointment excited about my new home, but when I left I was ultra-ecstatic. I knew going into the appointment, that I wouldn't be able to add many upgrades due to budget constraints. Amanda was like a magician. She pulled things out of her "magic hat" that I never imagined I would have in a home. They were standard choices - no additional costs. She put together a home that I can't wait to live in and call my own. I would recommend anyone and everyone to purchase a Buffington home and experience the satisfaction and joy that I have. The staff and process can't be beat!

I LOVE Buffington Homes! I'm a REALTOR who has worked with Jackie Snead in the past and she is AMAZING! She has not only shown us everything Buffington has to offer, but never tires of answering our never ending questions! She works hard to make sure you are one happy customer and love where you live! Of course there are always bumps in the road, this isn't an easy process, but she does everything she can to make it as easy as possible for you! If you have not checked out a Buffington model I highly advise that you do. Not only are the homes very stylish with functional floor plans, they are very well built and structurally sound! Quality like this is hard to come by! Again... check out a model... THEY ARE GORGEOUS!!

Our experience with Buffington's Warranty Department changed from "unacceptable" to "outstanding" thanks to Sue Blevins, whose arrival changed everything for the better. We really got nowhere with our list of warranty related tasks for about a year after the completion of our house. It all changed when Buffington announced an organizational restructuring, and introduced us to Sue Blevins.

Our home in the Parks at Brighton is nearly complete! It has been very stressful for us, as we have had several delays and changes in closing dates. Whenever we have had a question or concern, Terrah has always returned our calls, or texts and gotten back with us promptly! She has truly made this stressful period much easier for us and we appreciate all she has done for us!
