I brought my computer in about a week ago because I couldn’t reset it and Heather and Kat were there and they helped me fast and had the best customer service. My computer was reset and they were really nice!

iFixNC provided prompt and thorough service when it came to fixing my damaged Galaxy S9. Heather was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and Chris' knowledge of the devices he was repairing was truly commendable. I would have had many false starts if I had gone anywhere else - iFixNC got me taken care of right the first time!

Also, the charging cables they have are amazing!

I took my daughter's laptop in to be fixed after she dropped it. The operating system needed to be repaired. Not only did they fix it, it was fixed and returned to her the next day. I have always been completely satisfied each time I have taken item to be fixed and I have been using this location for 3 years or more. Every employee I have encountered at iFixNC has been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Very nice experience. I first saw an add on Facebook about PC repair and had a PC that needed repair, so naturally I talked to Beau and he told me where to go. Got there and the staff was friendly and helpful. Promptly helped me and got my work order took in. Gave me a quote for work of about 3 days which is fair for what needed to be done. Next day later I got a call saying it was fixed and all for a very low 30 bucks to diagnose and repair the issue.

I came in at the last minute when my laptop crashed. The people here were awesome. They fixed my laptop within a half hour and by the time I was checking out at Walmart they were calling to say it was done. They even added a bunch of awesome new apps into it and got it running like new again. I had just moved here and it is such a relief to find a wonderful family store like this! Will definitely be using them for all my electronic repairs. Thanks again!

I just left this establishment, and I have got to say it was worth every damn cent. They gave me my total price upfront, told me right away what may or may not happen based off of initial diagnostics, AND gave me a realistic return time without making any promises. They didn’t try selling me anything additional than what I asked for. I turned in a completely spiderwebbed cracked IPhone 7 and they gave it back to me looking brand new and working perfectly fine. I came in right before close hoping to just drop my laptop off and pick it up in a few days. Ashley was so sweet and had no problem taking care of me even though at this point they were already closed. After her being so nice, a man asked if I wanted to wait and he would fix it right then and there. They both stayed 30 mins past close no problem and were so kind! I really appreciated it after being stressed of someone dropping my laptop and needing it immediately for work. I wanted to thank you both for being so hospitable! It wasn’t unnoticed

ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOING TO IFIXNC. THEY HAVE FIXED EVERY PROBLEM I'VE SENT THEIR WAY. So professional, so courteous, so friendly, and simply so amazing. Take it how you want it but if you are going anywhere else for electronic repairs you are doing yourself an injustice. God bless you all either way.

It took them maybe an hour to fix my cell phone screen and the price wasn't bad at all. I would recommend this place to anyone needing there cell phone fixed. The geek squad at Best Buy wanted an arm and/or leg, and possibly rights to my first born child, just to fix my screen. Glad I found this place.

My name is Lillie Moss. This is my 3rd time using this company and I will continue to take any issue I have on any of my devices to them. The staff are friendly and if you ask, the technicians will explain things to you. They can be Fast in getting your device serviced and they have always been Efficient I give them 5 starts, a thumbs up, and I recommend them to others.

My son broke our ps4 by dropping a TV on it, I was sure it was totally doomed, but after going to the video game store, they suggested I go to, Ifixnc. The video game store said that Ifixnc does amazing work, so I went over there today, after months of saving up to try to get it fixed. Honestly thinking that it was impossible to fix, I saved up enough to replace the system if needed, but when I got there, their receptionist met me with a friendly smile good humor and just a lovely personal relateability. She waived the inspection fee, which is usually 30 dollars. She took it back to the very nice fellow who does the repairs, he looked it over and within an hour and a half called me back and said, look, these are the things that we need to do....
I mean, this ps4 was totally destroyed, but he said we could fix it at a fair cost, it was way below what it would cost replaceing the whole system.
So I said, go ahead.
Less than 2 hours later, he calls me back, saying it's totally done, and it was 40 dollars cheaper than the original quote. I cannot say enough about this company, they are amazing.thank you guys so much!

Had a tech come through. I am an IT professional myself, but didn't feel comfortable replacing a tablet part. Tech was very professional showed me step by step what he was doing and performed the job excellently and quickly. I would highly recommend

Work was done done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Problem was solved, but not in the way I expected. I would have preferred to have spoken with the technician directly to discuss options for the repair. All contact was through the receptionist who was very nice but not technically savvy. In retrospect, since I knew what the problem was, I should have asked to speak to the technician to discuss the repairs.
I will use iFixNC again should the need arise.

Love the company, and the staff. Owner is extremely loyal and helpful to his employees. One of them was seriously injured in a car accident and he without thinking made sure to cover the shifts and never gave one bit of guff. That is the kind of boss you want! The work is always good and done well! I love ifixNC and all they do!

Prompt and thorough and he even emailed me a week later to see if I had any issues or concerns that he could resolve. Great customer service!

My only complaint is I can't leave more stars! Very impressed with the level of customer service. Even more impressed with their knowledge and skill. It's hard to believe the kinds of repairs being done here. They do every kind of electronic repair, including soldering, and even have microscopes! Charger ports, broken connectors, even data recovery and water damage. Coolest and most high tech repair shop within 500 miles. There's probably nothing electronic they can't fix. Plus they're a family business that's veteran owned and operated.
