Best bike shop I've been to. Charlie was so helpful and kind. Bought a new and a Used bike for me and my wife, we love them. The used bike we purchased had one minor issue but he fixed it right up for no charge. And he discounted our purchase in the first place!! 10/10

Fast, friendly, helpful. I know next to nothing about bikes, but they were knowledgeable and approachable. On top of that they fixed my bike a day and a half earlier than anticipated and sent me a text letting me know. Also, good beer!

Great bike shop. Due to everything going on there wasn't a large selection, unless you're 6ft+, but they were still able to get me hooked up. Everyone had a great attitude and were more than willing to answer all my newbie questions. Had my buddy, who recommended them, and my 2 kids with me and we all had a great time just talking while the bike was setup. The one I ended up with has been nothing but a pleasure and I will be returning to the shop in the future for any cycling needs.

These guys just fit me in to help me with a bent brake lever 30 minutes before closing. Great service, friendly staff, and a capable mechanic make for a wonderful experience. I'll be back to San-Lee and I'll be back to this store. Awesome.

Great shop, Charlie is very knowledgeable and he is a bro. I drive from bragg to his shop and it never disappoints. Compared to some shops here in fayetteville he is on the top. One week turn around on most repairs when other shops are giving out 4 week time frames. He hooked me up with the website which has all the trails around sanford worth going to. He was also kind enough to give me a old inner tire tube he had laying around that I asked him for so I could make a chain guard for my bike. Solid bikes for sale, I happened to look around while I waited to be serviced. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought my first bicycle from Charlie in 2007. Since then, I have upgraded my bike several times and purchased bikes for my wife and grandchildren. Charlie has always been fair and honest with each purchase and every repair needed.

Friendly staff and the owner is extremely knowledgeable as he is a former cycling pro and was a collegiate runner. You'll also have trouble finding a better bike mechanic in the area, but with the shop being small you should expect a few day turn around on repairs.

My carbon frame Scott 920 was creaking under load and I couldn't isolate it. It also started ghost shifting. Charlie went over the bike and dialed everything in perfectly. Expert job, you won't find a better place for service or to get your next bike!

I have had my bike serviced by Charle and his crew a few times and they have always been great, his newish location is really nice.
